Inspired by the building’s chocolate past, The Cacao Suite is a studio apartment with a double bed, modern bathroom and a kitchen with all the utensils you would need, all within a short walk into the vibrant centre of York.
Now with a parking space included!
With all the luxuries you would expect from a hotel, with fresh white bedding and big fluffy towels, but with the flexibility of a self-catering apartment.
Original brickwork and panelled windows frame the views out onto the river Foss.
The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a previously used flour mill, which was later repurchased as a Nestle warehouse and has since been converted into charmingly refurbished apartments.
Included within your stay are mini toiletries, tea and coffee-making facilities, Smart TV.
Although there is no parking included there are several car parks close by (full details will be sent ahead of your stay)
Under new ownership, the apartment will maintain its tradition of exceptional hospitality. Previously operating as a successful holiday let, you can explore the glowing reviews to attest to its quality.

It provides convenient access to York’s City Centre which is only a few minute's walk away whilst providing a quiet and relaxing ambience.
Fossgate is on the doorstep and offers numerous bars, cafes, restaurants and shops.
The Famous ‘Shambles’ is just a short stroll away. Again within a few minutes walk you have The Q Park (Shambles) car park and a couple of large supermarkets.
There is always something going on in York, we will provide you with a map and leaflets for your information and are more than happy to help with recommendations!
So if you are looking for a quiet and restful experience or a lively upbeat couple of days we are sure you will find it all in York.
