Totalrenoverades 2006. Helt nya möbler, nya vitvaror, nya golv, och mycket mer. Denna lägenhet är fullt möblerad med komplett bekvämligheter (inklusive tvättmaskin och torktumlare inne i komplexet). Nästan 800 kvadratmeter balkong som öppnas från vardagsrummet att förbise den Mexikanska golfen och en pool precis vid stranden samt (har också en inomhuspool och badtunna). Platt-TV i sovrum och vardagsrum med kabel. wifi internet också. Nyrenoverat gym med all ny utrustning och duschar.

Lovely Stay

Amazing view and deck. Loved the unit. Kitchen was stocked. Property was clean and communication and checkin were seamless. Owner was very accommodating. We can’t wait to return.

Great views and condo

The condo was great. The complex location was great with grocery stores and restaurants very close. The property was very nice and the 2nd heated pool was very nice on a chilly day. The size of and views from the condo balcony were GREAT! I would highly recommend this place, we had a wonderful time and will stay there again.

Will be back

Loved everything about this place. Views location, condo was spotless, slept very well. Loved that there was so much to do without needing to drive very far and we were able to catch the Blue Angles practice. Check in and checkout was a breeze, instructions tje owner gave were spot on and very easy to follow. Front desk people were very friendly. Great place to stay!

Awesome views!!!

Celebrate

We just celebrated our 50th anniversary here for our second visit and love this condo. Small one bedroom and wonderful balcony with lots of privacy. The only improvement I would suggest is cleaning or replacing the sofa. Great find for a couple.

Perfect Spot to Relax

This is our 2nd year in a row staying in this unit. My husband and I love it. The balcony is amazing. The communication from the owners is excellent. Very quiet and relaxing getaway.

Much needed getaway!

My husband and I decided on a last minute getaway for Labor Day and could not find anything available, then we got lucky and this condo popped up! Lucky day indeed!! Just perfect and the outside deck was awesome for having cocktails and watching the sun set! We will definitely go back!

Great Location!

Great location and patio/condo view. Easy check in/out process. Unit had everything we needed....but could update pots and pans. Some of the artificial plants were dusty as well as the headboard. Overall however....a good experience. Very relaxing, great beach!!

Great property!

This is a great condo in a well maintained property in a great location. Loved that this is the corner unit with a huge balcony area. The ice maker was leaking while I was there and the owners were very nice and responsive. The management company had someone up there early on Monday morning to fix the problem. I will definitely book this condo again.

It was very nice, they only negative thing would be the outdoor furniture. It only had one lounge chair. It was in bad shape. If giving the chance to go again, i would!

Perfect for 2

We loved the condo. It’s perfect for 2 people. The balcony is huge with a great view. You can’t see the sunrise from it but the sunsets are awesome!!! I would stay here again. There is not a washer and dryer in the unit. It’s located in the basement. The service elevator is best to use because it comes right to the front door. The outdoor pools are great as well as the indoor.

Great Location/Balcony

The unit is located in a great spot on the key. Easy access to shopping and to other points of interest. The condo itself was nice but could use some updating. Very nice balcony which looks different from the picture shown. The patio furniture is not as nice as it looks, and the balcony is lacking a good cleaning. I would consider renting again if updates are made.

Best view in Perdido Key!

Check-in was seamless. The property is great, and also secure. Hosts were responsive whenever we had questions. The unit itself had everything we could have possibly needed, and then some. Already planning our next stay! The balcony is just incredible. We had to pull ourselves away from the penthouse just to go to the beach :-) Also, the bed was very comfy which was extremely important because my husband has back problems and this mattress was newer and we slept great. A box fan in the unit helped drown out any outside traffic noise or other noises. Seriously the only thing I would have changed was that I should have added just one extra day in the penthouse!!

Perdido Key

We loved the location. We liked the amenities (hot tub, excercise room, indoor pool, outdoor pool deck.). The unit itself, while adequate for our needs, could use some upgrades...sofa and love seat are worn and very uncomfortable, both sets of outdoor tables/chairs need to be replaced as they are also worn, headboard needs to be replaced as pieces of the vinyl are peeling off. The kitchen had very nice cooking utensils. The refrigerator runs very loudly. Black throw pillows on bed need to be thrown out. Just wanted to share my thoughts. We did enjoy ourselves overall and thank you for the accommodations.
