Stunning Beach Front Condo - L@@K - MUST SEE

You will enjoy full Gulf views and an abundance of natural light inside this coastal chic condo. Breathe in the fresh sea air from your private balcony. It is the ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day at the beach!

Ocean Breeze East Unit 403 was recently remodeled in 2020! This is a 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo on the 4th floor directly on the beautiful white sands of Perdido Key beach. Both sliding glass doors from the living room and master bedroom open up to the patio with spectacular beach views. The unit is fully furnished. The main living room TV has a 55-inch flat-screen that has 3D, high def, smart TV. The master bedroom has a 32-inch high def internet surfing smart TV as well. Relax on the king-sized bed while watching your favorite movie on Netflix (brand new king mattress installed March 2020). The 2nd bedroom has a Roku TV and Play Station 3 game console. and a 32 inch TV to occupy the kids. That PS3 is also a Blue Ray/DVD player. The unit has a fully stocked,kitchen with new appliances, as well as a Keurig coffee machine. There is a washer and dryer in a separate room that also stores many beach toys and chairs. There are 4 beach chairs for renters to use. The condo has a heated pool that is easy to view from the balcony. Ocean Breeze East is two miles from Publix grocery store and is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars. There are 2 brand new sofas in the living room, they are not sleepers. Two additional twin mattresses will be provided and stored under the primary bed for you to pull out and have additional sleeping arrangements. Enjoy! We installed new electrical outlets that are the combo USB and power outlets.

Beautiful Condo & View

Outstanding! Quiet, well stocked, comfortable, games, nice beach chairs, linens, big refridgerator, nice laundry room. Balcony has full view of beach and great outdoor furniture. Would rent again!

Alison and Mike were great host, great communication, and very accommodating. The condo had everything we needed to feel at home. The view was spectacular. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful beach vacation!

The location was perfect! Small condo building so our beach was not packed but yet close enough to restaurants and ice cream etc. Beautifully decorated and we loved the balcony with the ocean view! Gorgeous location very close to national and state parks! We all had so much fun!

Great beach, great townhome and good area with opportunity to stay active and have fun if one chooses to. The townhome was stocked with beach toys and the kitchen had the equipment to make meals if one desires.

Fun Week in the Sun

We had a great week in Perdido at Ocean Breeze. The pool was down for part of the week but the Andrews were great to communicate with us and let us know what was going on. The kitchen was well stocked and the AC kept a us nice and cold. Islander across the street has great burgers. Oyster Bar Restaurant had amazing panfried grouper and steaks. Thankful for an amazing week!

I had an amazing day. Everything was perfect. It was just like she said the beach views were awesome and having coffee in the morning on the patio was amazing. I would have one suggestion the toilet in the master bath needed a good cleaning from the door you could see that someone was not clean that other than that you could not have asked for a nicer And beautiful place to stay

Terrific Condo and Location

We enjoyed our stay here while visiting Perdido Key. The condo was beautifully decorated, clean and had everything we needed for our vacation at the beach. The views of the beach from the balcony were beautiful, especially when we watched the fireworks on the 4th. The location was perfect and we walked across the street for dinner, souvenirs and ice cream. I was very thankful there was a washer and dryer in the unit, so that I could wash our clothing and beach wear. We would definitely visit again and book this condo.

Fantastic family vacation!

Our family had an absolute blast in Perdido Key! Alison and Mike were extremely easy to work with and their condo was wonderful! The pictures don’t even do it justice. Everything was very clean, decorated beautifully and the view from the big balcony was amazing! Perdido Key is family friendly with plenty to do. With this being a smaller condo building, the beach was never crowded. We also loved that there were shops, restaurants and ice cream within walking distance. Highly recommend!!!

Perfect Vacay!!

From the location to the awesome condo to the less busy area of beach where we were to the umbrella and chairs provided this was the perfect place to spend a week with family!! Check in was a breeze! The condo was well stocked, clean and nicely decorated. We’ve stayed in high rises many times and we all totally loved this way more because there were no elevator waits, the beach was less busy, and we were right on the water everyday! The kids walked across the street for ice cream at island sweets each night. And there are numerous other places within walking distance for shopping and eating as well. Thanks for an awesome week away.

Awesome Stay

We have stayed in OBE before but this was the nicest one we’ve booked. Everything was perfect and as advertised. We love the location bc it’s close to several places to eat but it’s not crowded. The condo was very quiet, very little noise from surrounding units and we love the emphasis on being a smoke free property. The condo was very comfortable and really well equipped. We loved the fact that there are beach chairs and lots of sand toys and beach stuff to use that the owners keep in the laundry room. We didn’t use much of it but, it’s a nice touch. We will definitely try to book this unit again in the future. Thanks Mike and Alison!

The best beach week ever!

We all had the best time during our stay in this condo. Easy access to the beach directly in front of the unit. Pool that my youngest child stayed in 24-7! I have to say we beach every year, and this unit by far was the best appointed we have encountered. You need it, they’ve thought of it, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach towels, toys, cleaning supplies, trash bags. I seriously wouldn’t have packed as much stuff as I did had I know they had everything we would need, that was a first! It’s located in the perfect spot in between orange beach and Pensacola so if you want to do more “touristy” things it’s an easy quick drive. Communication with the owner was quick and easy, very wonderful! I would definitely recommend staying in this condo and I definitely will say we will be back!

Great location

The condo was beautiful and the location was great. No condos are on the one side and the other side had another smaller condo so our area of the beach was less crowded compared to further down the beach. We were able to set up on the shoreline everyday, and with the condo being on the beach, it wasn’t a far walk down to the ocean. Perfect location if going with small children. There is a restaurant and snow cones business right across the street and just a short distance from the more popular places in Pensacola and Orange beach. The condo itself was roomy, clean, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed plus some. Having sand toys, chairs, and umbrella was a nice perk as well. Our son loved playing with those toys vs the ones we brought from home. Absolutely no complaints at all. Check in/out was so easy. The owners texted us the access codes, and a temporary parking tag was left in the room. Definitely the best condo we have stayed at in Florida and will certainly be back.
