Vår charmiga lägenhet var utformad för att känna sig som ett andra hem på stranden.
Liten hamn är fylld med frodiga tropiska gräsmattor och svajande palmer, privat strand i Ruskin, FL. Beläget på en halv mil sträcka av privat strand, är vår lugna egendom en fristad för utomhusaktiviteter som fiske, kajakpaddling och jetski.

Vår 530sqf vackra lägenhet har en stor king size-säng, sektions soffa, bistro bord, TV, WiFi, kylskåp, kök, privat balkong som ligger inom gångavstånd från stranden, småbåtshamnen och erbjuder många aktiviteter. Inklusive fynd golfbanor, Manatee klocka, kajakpaddling, ridning.

Vår plats ligger nära nattliv, familjevänliga aktiviteter och flygplatsen. Det är bra för par, solo äventyrare, affärsresenärer. Gångavstånd till strand, restauranger, tennisbanor, gym, pool, lekplats för barnen och strandstolar finns.

Restaurants on premise, beach, pier, pools and wildlife. Loved watching the dolphins in the morning.

Short stay

4 night stay. Premises were as described and although older, still in very good shape. Comfortable room and very pleasant grounds. Plenty of things to do and only 5 miles from city amenities. The host was reachable and pleasant. Would definitely recommend the property and have no hesitation in staying there again.

Everything you can imagine that was needed was made available. I understand why this host is considered a super host. Very thoughtful, considerate and very quick in his feedback and communication. I will definitely look to look at his property first again when my family comes back to town

Enjoyed our stay at Beach Resort at Little Harbor

The overall experience of the community was very good. It is a nice area, just about 2 miles off of the main drag. We ate at both the Sunset Grill and the Hooks Waterfront Grill. The food was very good at both. Service was also good. Our accommodations were as pictured. Everything was functional. I would consider staying here again.

Last minute getaway

Very restful

Easy and scenic 40 minute drive to St. Petersburg which was our main interest. Your suite, though, and the location along the channel was interesting. We found everything we needed in the suite and found it clean, well supplied and close to the stores in Ruskin. Thank you.

Beautiful sunsets

The area is very clean and safe it is very close to 2 restaurants the sunset grill has great food and great service also can watch the sunset from there it is very relaxing but still has quite a lot of things to do also the 2 pools are very nice and not too crowded stores are close by would highly recommend this me and my wife had a great time. The property is very convenient to all your needs

Great location in Ruskin!

I spent a week working in the Ruskin area and stayed at this condo. The property was like a little peace of heaven. I enjoyed watching the sunset over the Tampa Bay on the beach or as I ate dinner at the conveniently located Sunset Grill. It was such a chill, low key atmosphere which is just my speed! The condo was clean and stocked with all kitchen utensils and appliances that you would expect in a studio type apartment. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for being a great host!

I've learned I should ask more questions

We really enjoyed this community, and this place would have been perfect for a shorter stay. Some of the pics were dark, and I believe it said it was a 1 bedroom. While the king size bed was amazingly comfortable, this was a studio--the couch was right next to the bed. There also wasn't a kitchen--there is a hot plate that is stored in the cabinet and the refrigerator is dorm size.

Clean and close to amenities.

The condo was a bit small for an extended stay, two weeks for two people. No stove or oven so there was no choice but to eat out daily. There was no toilet seat or laundry facility. It was fine for a short stay. All the resort amenities were just a short walk away. Depends what you are looking for. The renter was quick to answer questions. I was just into a bigger place with more personal space.

95 degrees outside with no AC inside

The room was extremely hot. I turned on the air, but I was unsuccessful. I sent the host an email to ask her if she knew what the problem could be, but she never responded. That was very disappointing and very unprofessional. Needless to say, I had 3 hot sleepless nights there. The area was nice, but the place was hot, hot, hot.

Not bad

Location was great, property manager was prompt in returning messages. Check in was easy as we had the door code before arriving. The room could def use a freshen up. The paint colors are so dark and make the room feel closed in and not fresh. I would bring extra towels as you're only given 3. Overall , not a bad stay, but like I said the room needs an update, better lighting and lighter colored wallsto make it feel fresh and clean. The ceiling could use a fresh coat of white paint as well.
