Detta är ett 5 sovrum, 3 badrum hem på 1/2 tunnland i vackra Woodland Park, CO. Det finns gott om parkering för minst 3 bilar sida vid sida och mer om du parkerar dubbel. Trädgården är helt inhägnad och har ett däck med ett bord med plats för 6, (extra sittplatser finns), en stor Weber-propan-BBQ, en korgbollhöjd, en volleyboll / badminton-område och ett litet barnspel som inkluderar gungor och en glidbana och en badtunna med plats för 8 för hela familjen att njuta av de vackra trädbevuxna omgivningarna.

* Hemmet har INTE luftkonditionering. Det är vanligtvis inte ett problem utom på de varmaste dagarna eftersom huset har mycket skugga från träd och det finns fläktar i 4 av sovrummen, köket och familjerummet. Det finns två andra stora fristående fans som kan placeras där så önskas när och om det någonsin behövs. Källaren är en stor samlingsplats och är alltid cool.

Det finns en pelletsugn i källaren endast för DECORATION! Ställ in termostaten efter vad som helst önskas under din vistelse.

Great vacation home!

The house was perfect for our family of 10. It was clean, easy to get to, and suited our needs wonderfully. The area is beautiful and close to many nearby activities. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway!

This house was great for our group of ATV-ers! Plenty of room, very well-stocked, plenty of space for our trailers, terrific backyard including hot tub. I can't say enough good things about this rental! You'll love it, too!

Family time

This house was perfect for the week! The yard was huge for the three young children which was a big selling point. Location was excellent. The house itself was very comfortable. The deer were friendly too. Highly recommend this house. Owners very communicative.

Beautiful property, everything we hoped for and more!!

This house was perfect for our winter getaway. The house was clean, newly remodeled and stocked with everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. We were a group of 13 people and had no problems with sleeping arrangements, towels or blankets. While there was no snow on the property, the drive to the snow was less than 2 hours away in Breckenridge. We loved everything about the house, thank you so much!

A perfect home for our family

This was a great vacation home for our visit to the Colorado Springs area! There were seven family members and plenty of room for all to enjoy. My grandchildren enjoyed the deer in the yard and we all loved the hot tub after a day of rafting, hiking, visiting the zoo, etc. The owner was wonderful and was excellent when I needed to communicate with her!!! Another plus was that the eleven and fourteen year olds got their own beds! It was well equipped and I would highly recommend this VRBO!

Great space for a group

We were 4 couples in town for a wedding. We had plenty of BR space... and living space with the 2 family rooms and large kitchen. Everything is supplied for cooking a meal. We had plenty of hot water for showers. Did not use the hot tub but enjoyed watching the deer. You can get a peek of Pikes Peak from a few places in the house and the front porch. Easy 15 minute walk to the main street for dining. We enjoyed the town and the rental. I would definitely stay here again

Lovely, Well Stocked Home! Everything we needed.

One of the best vacation homes we have ever stayed in! Denise stocked this home with everything you could ever need and nice quality items too. The children loved the swing set and the fenced yard meant we could turn them lose and relax a bit not worrying about them getting into the street. The beds were comfy, the TVs were clear and kids enjoyed some movies from her selection. We had 1 issue with the hot tub chemicals being low and Denise was on it! Pool man came out that morning and we could use it that night. Denise was simply a delight to deal with, we could not hesitate to rent from her again!

Met our big family needs

The home is definitely older than the pictures let on, but it met our needs. We did have some issues with not enough sheets for the trundle bed and one of the fulls had to get stripped so we could use the sheets. Some of the towels were very worn. The mattress protector on one of the beds had tons of stains. Overall, the home was clean and we figured out the issues on our own. I’m sure the host would’ve been able to help out if we asked though. It’s a good home for large families!

Woodland Park Mt home

This home, on a very nice sized lot, was perfect for our family of 13. The kitchen is organized and fully stocked. There were towels enough for everyone and the bathrooms had all the extras. The new swing set was very nice but now that the youngsters can all ride their bikes they enjoyed riding on the off street asphalt driveway along with playing basketball and soccer. There were plenty of balls and games available for the children. The large grill was appreciated along with the nice deck and family sized hot tub. We stayed at this home 2 years ago and looked forward to our return. However we did not feel the house was as clean as it was our first stay. The kitchen cupboard doors and bathroom cabinets could benefit from a good wipe down. The bathroom vent needs a good cleaning. Socks and meds were found under several beds and popcorn under the end table in the main room. The trundle bed was minus a sheet. The tray below the kitchen trash bin could benefit from a good cleaning also. We loved seeing the deer coming into the yard. We would love to return to this home and know that a good spring cleaning would return it to a 5 star status like it was on our first stay.

USAFA parents weekend 2024

These hosts are amazing. This is the second time we’ve rented from them and communication is great, check in is a breeze, and home exactly as described. Beautiful!! Beds are comfy, extremely well stocked kitchen, and lots of space. Thank you for sharing your home with us again! We’ll be back next year!

Woodland Park Stay

The property was perfect for our family getaway. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was great and had plenty of everything we needed. Our children and grandchildren enjoyed the hot tub. They saw a wide variety of wildlife. We definitely would return and would recommend this place. Thank you, Denise and Kevin!

Perfect home for USAFA families

We are a US Air Force Academy family and have rented this lovely house in Woodland Park for the entire time our son was in the Academy, most recently for graduation. It has ample space for sleeping, eating, and gathering with friends and family. It is clean and comfortable and contains everything you need—plenty of nice cookware and dishes and towels. It is a short ride down the mountain to the Academy and is a nice retreat from the crowds in the Springs. We have been able to host cookouts for friends and family using the great deck off the kitchen, complete with large Weber grill and hot tub. The yard is huge and has plenty of space for playing games. The owners are extremely responsive and take your comfort seriously. They have always been available for our questions about the property. I 100% recommend this house to anyone looking for a Colorado mountain home experience. And the icing on the cake is that Woodland Park’s views of Pikes Peak are absolutely breathtaking.

Great Place

The owner was great to work with - relatively quick to respond. The place itself was great for about 9-10. The trundle under the bunk was a board with the equivalent of a mattress topper (no exaggeration) - I know since I slept on it;) I would suggest replacing the whole set up with a simple twin mattress. Upon spilling coffee into the silverware drawer, tons of food residue was found in the tray & under, which we thoroughly cleaned. Upon inspection, the silverware was covered in it - needs deeper cleaning periodically. Downstairs - We moved the oversized chair downstairs for games and found lots of random things under it - again, deeper cleaning...It is at least 10 degrees colder down there, and we feel a good quality space heater is necessary (but lacking). It took a while for the temperature to raise from the 55 it is set at between stays. We feel that it should be turned up before guests arrive, along with checking the hot tub, which was our biggest issue. Again, the owner did everything in their power to resolve, but we ended up with an out-of-service hot tub for our 2 nt stay. I trust it will be in order for future guests, and they did compensate for it right away. The location was great - super short drive to the shops, gorgeous area/views. We had a fabulous time even w/o the hot tub, but we chose it since it had one :(. In the end, we would consider staying again, but with 9-10 guests, not the 12 we had. I would even recommend it to prospecting guests.

Great House

Great house and location. This is our second time here and will definitely be back. The house had everything we needed. We got 42 inches of snow while we we here and the house was cozy and warm.
