Villa Sunshine - a few steps to the beach and the old town center
Our house is finished in May 2024 and it is suitable for families and is located in the quiet city center, a 2-minute walk from several beaches. All facilities such as beaches. restaurants, cafes and shops are within reach.
Villa Sunshine consists of a ground floor and a first floor.
The GROUND FLOOR consists of:
*Room No. 1: double bed, air conditioning and connected bathroom No. 1 in the pictures.
*Room no. 2: double bed, air conditioning and connected bathroom No. 2 in the pictures.
*Internal stairs lead to the first floor and it consists of:
*Fully equipped kitchen
*Spacious living room
*Dining room
*Terrace with outdoor furniture
*Room no. 3: Double bed and air conditioning
*Room no. 4: two single beds and air conditioning
*Bathroom No. 3: it is shared by Room No. 3 and Room No. 4 in the pictures
*Small toilet
Located in KaĆĄtela, 2min walk from Mala Punta Beach and 400 metres from Baletna Skola Beach, Villa Sunshine provides air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. With sea views, this accommodation features a balcony. The property is soundproof and is situated 400 metres from restaurant and market.
The villa comes with 4 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV with streaming services and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a dishwasher, an oven, a washing machine, a microwave and a toaster.
