Welcome to my house!

This spacious 3-bedroom house in Kimmage is the perfect choice for families and friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The house features a terrace with a garden, a sitting area and a table where you can enjoy a morning coffee or unwind in the evening.

The living room has a sofa, two armchairs, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a table for six.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The house also has a dishwasher, making it convenient for you to clean up after preparing a delicious meal, a washer, a dryer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The two bedrooms have UK king-size beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The third bedroom is designed with a UK single bunk bed, with a desk conveniently located underneath. All the beds have complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Kimmage is a suburb located south of the centre of Dublin, and it is a quiet and popular residential area known for its friendly atmosphere and proximity to various amenities and green spaces.

The area boasts several local amenities, including supermarkets, shops, schools, and restaurants. Kimmage also has various public transportation options, making it easy to access the city centre and other parts of the city.

Kimmage is near several green spaces, such as Tymon Park, a large and popular park with walking trails, picnic areas, and a lake. These areas provide opportunities for outdoor activities and leisure.

Despite being a quiet suburb, Kimmage is still conveniently located close to Dublin's city centre. Residents can easily access all the city's attractions, shops, restaurants, and nightlife.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Quarry Drive, stop 2326, is just a 5-minute walk.

Dublin Airport is a 26-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Great location, enjoyed our stay

This was a great place in a nice quiet neighborhood in close proximity to downtown by car. Easy check-in and communication. Parking on the street not a problem. Would stay here again.

It's a good place to stay and it's close enough to city center. Checkin process was ok but we had to wait until 3:30pm to get the code. The communication with property manager was excellent and they were very responsive to all of my questions. This house has 2 larger bedrooms and 1 twin loft style bed that has a desk underneath. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great property!

This property was a perfect place to stay while visiting Dublin. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to bus stops for the short trip into the city centre. The property was bright, clean, and comfortable.

Family Fun Abroad

The location was perfect! We loved Ian’s, Dunnes and how close it was to the bus. The house was very nice and quiet. Loved everything except a few things
 2 bedrooms were ok, but the third bedroom was not as advertised. Instead of a twin it was a bunk bed which an adult had to use and wasn’t very comfortable. Also we couldn’t get the TV to work and we couldn’t find any instructions. Didn’t really matter because we were not there for watching TV, except evenings. There was a constant humming noice all day and night that kept switching on and off throughout the house. It wasn’t too annoying during the day as we were in and out, but at night when you wake up from it you can’t fall back to sleep as it’s something you focus on. But all in all loved our stay.
