Intimate studio on the 2nd floor, in a building with lift located at only 50m from the beach with a common garden. It comes with a living room with a double sofa-bed and a bunk-bed, a cooking-corner, a bathroom with shower, A/C, TV, a big luminous balcony and a parking space.

You can relax on the beach under an umbrella or practice many types of sports such as tennis, beach tennis and beach volleyball, as well as many water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, paraflying, water skiing and fishing.
