Perfectly placed to enjoy the best of both Puglia and Salento this spacious holiday home-away-from-home comfortably sleeps ten guests and is surrounded by the most picturesque countryside.
The property is ideally set up for outside living and enjoys a large swimming pool, a sun terrace with plenty of sun-loungers, a BBQ and a covered alfresco dining area.
Inside, guests can relax and socialise in the bright, airy, open-plan living space which leads out to a shady terrace. This area is framed by large picture windows and is furnished with a dining table, two sofas, a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and incorporates the kitchen which is fitted with; a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer.

The property is located in the countryside a 5-minute drive from the medieval town Oria known for its 13th-century Castle (a 7-minute drive), which offers panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. The region is known for its picturesque countryside, ancient olive groves and vineyards. Visitors can take scenic walks or bike rides through the countryside, exploring the rural beauty of the Itria Valley.
The town is conveniently located near popular destinations in Puglia including the UNESCO World Heritage site of Alberobello (a one-hour drive) renowned for its Trulli and the historic hilltop town of Ostuni (a 40-minute drive) known for its whitewashed buildings and incredible views of the surrounding countryside and the Adriatic Sea.
Oria is also a great base for exploring the Salento region. The beautiful marine-protected Spiaggia di Porto Cesareo known for its pristine beauty and shallow waters is a 35-minute drive) and the Baroque city of Lecce, known as the \"Florence of the South\" is a 50-minute drive. The nearest restaurants and supermarkets are located in Oria is a 5-minute drive away.
