Casa Palmeras is a perfect, private villa location for 4 guests with the flexibility to accommodate a 5th guest, with a space ideal for a child or teenager.
Casa Palmares sits across the road from one of our other properties Casa Maple which is similar in size and style accommodating 6 guests. This means a larger group or family of upto 10 / 11 guests could rent 2 properties and enjoy their vacations together at the same time. The villa is rented privately and only the upper half, no other guests or owners will be in residence while you stay, the lower level interior of the villa is not available to guests as this is for the owners private use. All outside areas are available for guests to enjoy.
Set out on 2 levels this villa offers flexible accomodation with the main living space on the upper floor with a king size bedroom and en-suite, with a private sun terrace. There is a further twin room, which can also be configured as a king size adjoining a separate family shower-room. A large, comfortable, open plan living room and dining area, sits next to a wonderful enclosed Naya adjoining the living room which can be converted into a bedroom with a high quality 120cm x 190cm double folding bed and sliding doors for privacy. There are photos showing the Naya set up as a lounge and also as a bedroom. Moving through the living room out to the spacious upper terrace with a large parasol for shade and dining for 6; here you are greeted by the most amazing panoramic 360 degree, sea and valley views. Truly spectacular.
The living room has a 55" smart TV with Netflix / Prime and a satellite system with over 500 international and UK TV channels including all sports and movies. From the bright living room you access the well equipped kitchen with Dolce Gusto coffee machine, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, separate water filter tap (no need to buy bottled water) and gas hob. Please note that this property does not have a dishwasher.
The lower level comprises a fabulous summer kitchen, chill out area, dining for 6 in 2 different areas, BBQ and garden. The pool is a fabulous 10m x 4m modern pool and once again you are greeted by those incredible views. The summer kitchen is fully shaded with comfy lounge seating for all, BBQ, sink, fridge freezer and preparation area. A wonderful spot for lazy long lunches while watching the kids play in the pool.The secure driveway has main parking for 2 cars behind electric security gates.
The lower level has sunbeds for 6 guests and a parasol for shade. There are multiple shaded areas in the garden with seating and tables for reading, coffee, or a game of Backgammon.

The villa benefits from 100mb fibre optic internet service.
The property is fully air-conditioned with a separate units in all bedrooms and the living room.
This villa is strictly no smoking and pets are not allowed.
Linen and bath / hand towels / pool towels are provided free of charge.
Villa will be cleaned only between lets, however a full linen and towel changeover will be done weekly on request and at extra charge.
Casa Palmares is situated in the centre of a quiet urbanization on an elevated plot and is suitable for the elderly or those with mobility issues. For guest convenience there is a large supermarket and other bars and shops at the bottom of the hill, around a 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk.
There are extensive family activities in the nearby area such as Golf, tennis, cycle paths and water sports at the beach. The nearest resort town of Moraira offers a fantastic range shops, bars and restaurants and there are a number of beaches within 6 minutes drive. The centre of Moraira , with its blue flag award beaches, shops, bars and restaurants, is a short taxi ride, a car is recommended when staying at this villa.
Moraira is a magical beach-side town just a short distance south of Javea on the coast of the northern Costa Blanca, approximately a 30 minute drive from Benidorm to the south. Moraira was a thriving fishing village but over time it has changed into a high end holiday destination, somehow it manages to cater perfectly to the tourism industry, with high end luxury villas and apartments whilst retaining much of the charm which has long attracted visitors and Ex-Pat residents.
Moraira is blessed with a wide selection of stylish cafés within its pleasant streets For authentic Spanish dishes why not visit Las Gaviotas in the square opposite the church. The main fish restaurants are located on the front overlooking the small port and fish market (La Lonja) where fish auctions take place every morning at 10am except Sundays. Well worth seeing. In Moraira there is an old port with some beautiful bars and restaurants overlooking the Marina.
15 minutes drive away is the town of Javea the jewel of the northern Costa Blanca; it still functions as a fishing port with the boats leaving every day and returning with their catch. Alongside the rag tag fleet of fishing vessels can be found the multi million euro yachts and family pleasure cruisers all moored in the famous port area below Pucholâs grand villas. Javea has 3 separate distinct stretches of coastline and is very much a lived in area which is popular with visitors and holiday villa seekers. Views across the bay are spectacular.
Playa de lâArenal is Javeaâs most famous (but not only) tourist beach area. It is a dreamy setting stretching no more than 300m from the well located Parador hotel in the north as far as the famous Javea nightclub âAchillâ in the south. The Arenal is home to every type of cafĂ© bar and restaurant, which are set back from the wide promenade and beach. With views across the bay and a family chilled out atmosphere this is the perfect beach holiday get away. With fine golden sand, volleyball nets, various boutique shops and ice cream parlours stretching along the promenade, you can also find plenty of play areas for the kids. The fine sand leads down to the shallow Mediterranean waters making this a safe and exciting beach for all the family.
Denia lies some 15km north of Javea along a spectacular winding mountain road over the Montgo Mountain or a easy drive past the small towns of La Xara and Ondara. It is a bustling resort with a classic Spanish traditional old town, fine restaurants and blue flag beaches stretching for many kilometres, even in the height of summer finding a quite spot is always easy. The Marques de Campo is a lively street, lined with open air restaurants with a real world food theme serving everything from traditional rice and tapas as well as tastes from Germany, Holland and the UK. All these restaurants have adequate open air seating which makes for a meal with great atmosphere, with the added bonus of shading from the trees lining the avenue, many an hour can be spent watching the world go by. The surrounding streets are great for shopping, with plenty of boutiques and designer clothing outlets; Denia provides the best shopping between Valencia and Benidorm.
There is plenty for the kids to do if they get bored with the swimming pool and beaches. Less than 20 minutes away there are many attractions for all ages including âTerra Naturaâ animal park, âMundomarâ an animal water park, âAqualandiaâ a themed water park and âTerra Miticaâ a huge fun park, boasting some of the largest rides in Europe.
Golf
The Costa Blanca has many renowned golf courses of which 5 are less than half an hours drive away. Javea itself has 2 â the internationally renowned 27 â hole course at La Sella which is a 45 minute drive away, and a local 9-hole course which is more difficult than it looks and has superb views of the âlandmarkâ Montgo mountain. There are further 9-hole courses at Moraira and Altea and the 18-hole Seve Ballesteros designed course at Oliva Nova Golf Club.
There are also very good courses at Benidorm, Valencia and Alicante, in particular the famous 18-hole championship links course at El Saler, for those who donât mind an hour and a half or so drive before the round.
