About the villa
Casa Perla is an authentic Spanish villa for 6 on the Costa Blanca that combines all the charms of living under the Spanish sun. Located between Valencia and Alicante, you will enjoy stunning mountain views, a private pool (10m x 4.5m), outdoor kitchen, spacious sun terrace and a covered patio.

A spacious south-facing terrace with private pool, outdoor kitchen and shower and covered patio offers all facilities to enjoy the Spanish sun.

Indoor area
Spacious 118m² villa, living area, separate and fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house is equipped with brand new air conditioning (A+++) providing cooling and heating in both the spacious living area and the three bedrooms, if needed. Furthermore, the house is equipped with central heating.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, juicer and blender.
Region
Just 1 km away is the idyllic village centre of L'Atzubia with about three restaurants, a bakery, a pharmacy and a supermarket. Around the village, very nice walks and cycling tours are possible in the valleys or mountains, among the rice fields or by the sea. The area is very green, with numerous valleys full of orange trees, olive trees, cherry trees, fig trees,... (Info and GPS routes via appstore --> ‘Pego I Les Valls’)
By car, it takes 5 minutes to get to Pego, where you will find all necessary facilities (supermarkets, restaurants, bars, medical facilities,...).
Beautiful extensive sandy beaches can be found at a 15-minute drive, equipped with beach bars in summer and many other activities.
Dénia, a beautiful historic city by the sea, is just a 20-minute drive away. From the port, you can take a boat along the coast or a ferry to the Balearic Islands. Other beautiful towns and charming villages such as Javea, Altea, Moraira or Calpe are a 20-45-minute drive away.
Valencia and Alicante are a 1-hour drive away. Both are beautiful and large cities combining art, culture, gastronomy, architecture and, not unimportantly, both have airports.
Golf lovers will find the Oliva Nova Golf Resort a 20-minute drive away. The Real de Faula golf resort is just a 40-minute drive away.
