Welcome to La Sella, a uniquely beautiful development with views of the nearby Mediterranean Sea, the local mountain Montgo and in the immediate neighbourhood of one of the most beautiful Mediterranean gardens "L'Albarda".
You can expect a modern and stylishly furnished holiday home with solar system and storage (can save up to 90 per cent of electricity costs), air conditioning, pleasant heating and a communal pool overlooking orange groves.
There are also sports facilities such as tennis and horse riding just a few steps away, one of the best golf courses in Spain for golf fans and favourable conditions at the nearby Fitness & Health Hotel Syncrosfera.
And, of course, the nearby sea with its wonderful beaches within sight.
The accommodation
The bungalow-style holiday home, comfortable and suitable for all generations almost all on one level, has just been completely renovated with great attention to detail and furnished in a modern, tasteful country house style. This includes a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living rooms and lounges, sun-drenched dining areas, restfully quiet bedrooms, cosy retreats inside and out and a panoramic roof terrace with sea and mountain views. Private parking spaces on the fenced plot. The communal pool is approx. 100 metres away and is sheltered from view with views of oranges and the "L'Albarda" garden. The pool is therefore far enough away to always be undisturbed in your holiday home.
Further important information
Gas (only in the heating period from November to April) is charged according to consumption, currently 85 euros per cylinder.
For long-term rentals, a monthly advance payment of 150 euros is requested and offset against the actual consumption at the end.
Thanks to the house's modern solar system, only a flat-rate electricity fee of two euros is charged per day.
In times of rising consumer prices, you can bring your own linen to save costs or book it as an optional extra. Bed linen is charged at 10 euros per person per change. Towels are also 10 euros per person and change.
