Fantastiskt nytt hem med graniträknare, trägolvgolv, anpassade skåp, färsk färg, ny matta och underbart landskapsarkitektur. Hem har en öppen planlösning med gott om sittplatser. 3 sovrum med 2 dubbelsängar och ett sovrum med king size-säng. Bakgården är anlagd med badtunna, grill, syntetiskt gräsmatta och uteplats och stolar. Sekretess och avskild och tyst. 2 kvarter från en stor park, gå ut till löparleder, cykelleder och nya mexikolandskap. Balloon Fiesta Park ligger 5 km bort. Santa Fe är 45 minuter bort från dörren till centrum. Very nice home and local owner

CJ is very responsive ( coffee maker was acting up) he had a replacement to us in a few hours even though it was Memorial Day weekend.

Cute but not what I hoped

Very cute place - owner is nice guy - it wasn’t really clean, they still have crusted food on them as well as silverwareThe table outside and hot tub were completely covered in dust Cute place though and glad we got a place for the weekend

Great spot for the hot air balloon festival

We enjoyed our stay at this property as our home base for the hot air balloon festival. The host had left chips and salsa which were a prefect snack between the morning and evening glow sessions at the festival.

Nice location, nice home.

The location was perfect for our needs. We liked being at the end of the street in a nice neighborhood. The house was clean and all in working order, including the hot tub. We found the beds comfortable. The host did bring us an air mattress, since the new sofas in the living room are not pull-out beds. (Which was fine, because the sofas are quite nice.) Also appreciated the extra beach towels in the laundry room, which we used for hot tub time.

Great place to getaway!

This is a beautiful, quiet property as described with several upgrades from the photos (living room furniture). King bed was very comfortable! Main shower was great! Used the hot tub one night and watched fireworks in the neighborhood. Great view of the sunrise over the mountains in the morning and a great view of the evening sunsets as well. Even got to see a double rainbow over the mountains one evening. We took some amazing photos. Great central location to Sandia, old Town as well as Santa Fe and Belen (my husband's hometown). Highly recommend Pete's in Belen if you're able to go! We would love to come back next year and do it again! Great place! *Note- gave communication a 3. Just wanted to note owner was really nice and initially responsive when an issue arose. Storms unusual to Albuquerque rolled through when we first arrived and he was dealing with multiple issues which is understandable, but communication ceased unfortunately. We could have called if urgent, but decided to let it go. Wouldn't keep us from going back. We loved the place and neighborhood! Take trash bags, extra toilet paper and storage bags. Everything else is there! Even had ice waiting in the freezer for us. Well stocked kitchen. We loved it! ❤️

Overall a good stay; unit seemed to have been vacant for a while

The unit was nice and the location was ideal. When we arrived, there were notices stuck in the front door and slider from a pest control company stating they had done a treatment ten days prior. There were live and dead roaches in the living room and on the back patio, so between that and the pest control notices, it did not appear that anyone had recently visited the unit to ensure it was clean. We also saw live roaches each day that had to be killed, so we'd recommend more intensive pest control so that other guests do not need to deal with that. On the day we arrived, we photographed small areas of damage on walls, blinds and living room furniture and texted that information to the property manager to ensure we would not be held responsible - we received no reply.

Room for improvement

Our stay here was filled with pros and cons. Let me start with the good. Location: 10-15 minutes to attractions (balloon fiesta park, zoo/aquarium, science center, tramway). Grocery stores, coffee and food right up the street. Quiet neighborhood Kitchen: well equipped with coffee maker/keurig, dishes, silverware, etc. Backyard: great little fenced in space for the kid to run around and of course the hot tub which was perfect for those cooler rainy nights Unfortunately with this property came some downfalls. The first was the host communication, its non existent. There was no instructions for the fireplace and when we asked the owner we got no response. Second is the cleaning, it’s definitely lacking. Our feet would turn black after walking on the floors barefoot, dirty dishes, hairs in the sheets and kitchen drawers. Every time we wanted to make food we had to wash our dishes before cooking, they weren’t all cleaned (coffee grinds left in a coffee cup). Lastly it seemed like it lacked pride of ownership (broken toilet in spare bathroom, broken blinds, holes in the wall, no master bathroom trash can, etc). So knocked off 2 stars, one for the communication and one for the cleanliness.

Abq NE Heights

The property has a number of nice amenities. They're was damage to walls before our arrival (we took pictures to document), and the roof leaked during rain storms. I tried to communicate with the PM but he/she never responded to my multiple texts. Overall, a nice place to stay. Exactly what I needed. A family home away from home with all the comforts of home.

Excellent place to stay for an Albuquerque visit

Property was clean and spacious. It was perfect for my family on our trip to Albuquerque. The neighborhood was quiet and easy access all over the city. The backyard was a nice bonus with the hot tub and private space.

Good for short term stay

We had an easy time at this property. Top ratings for cleanliness and location. The kitchen could have been a bit better equipped, and placing trashcans in the bathroom would be a good touch. It felt like a “bachelor pad.” This suited the 3 guys in our party well. I’m a picky mom.

Amazing house in a perfect location

The house was perfectly spotless as soon as we walked in. There were ample amenities in the kitchen, and we were able to prepare plenty of meals. The hot tub was amazing, and the soaking tub was such a great bonus. The area of town is centrally located, and the neighborhood and yard felt safe!

Family get together

Clean and comfy

We enjoyed staying at this property. It is a corner unit townhome. Neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors we encountered, friendly. Stores and a Starbucks nearby. We were mostly downtown but the drive was a quick and easy one. Rooms are simple and clean and bathrooms are nice. Master bathroom is especially nice. AC works well which was very important to me. Jacuzzi in the back is an added bonus and back patio and yard are small but nice. Kitchen was well equipped which is not always the case, but had more than any house I have rented and I rent a lot. We enjoyed it and would stay there again.

New Mexico newbies

Great location and ample space to visit with family. Unfortunately vrbo was not deep cleaned prior to our arrival, master shower had massive amounts of hair in it from previous guest, carpet had dog hair and floors were pretty dirty. Photos did not match reality of vrbo, lots of holes in walls and unfinished areas. Did not detract from our visit to Albuquerque, great town and good people.
