The neighborhood is the perfect option for residents and visitors, thanks to its wide variety of shops and restaurants, in addition to its typical tapas bars with pleasant terraces that guarantee a great experience for those who want to get to know Madrid.

This area of the city is very well connected by public transport, with different bus stops and metro lines 2 and 5 that connect directly with Sol and Gran Vía, making getting to the center of Madrid very quick and easy.

The living room is a bright space thanks to its three windows , Smart TV, double sofa bed and a spacious dining table that in turn integrates a pleasant American kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances and kitchen utensils. .

It has three comfortable bedrooms full of light that guarantee a relaxing environment for a good rest. Two of them have one single bed and the main room is equipped with a double bed and its own bathroom with an en-suite shower. In addition, the apartment has another full bathroom with a shower near the living room.
