===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
The apartment is on the first floor and on entering there is the living room and kitchen with a window overlooking the small street of Via della Fonte d'Olio and at the end of the room there is the bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the mezzanine , 1.55m high where there is the bedroom.

The air-conditioning system has only one split and is located in the living room.

The living room is furnished with a sofa bed (120 cm x 190 cm), a small central table, a dining table with two chairs, a pouf, several small wardrobes and a TV. Paintings and lamps furnish the study.

A wooden staircase will lead you to the mezzanine, where the bedroom has been furnished with a double bed (140cm x 190cm), a mirror and a bedside table with lamps.

The kitchenette is equipped with a small refrigerator (with freezer inside), microwave, stove, Nespresso machine, cutlery and crockery for six people.

The bathroom has sanitary facilities and a shower cabin . The washing machine is located in the bathroom.
