Fantastic property and host! Clean & updated property. Host responded quickly and made themselves available if needed for anything. Would definitely not hesitate to book this property again!

Beach view is perfect. Restaurants, shopping are close by but will want a rental car. Farmers Market in St. Pete’s was great!All the amenities in condo were available. Decor is adorable! Will be back!

Adult get away

Met our son who lives in Boston for a quick 4-5 day relaxing beach vacay. The place was perfect for us. Close to beach and food. Very well furnished with everything for our getaway.

The property was very clean and had a homey feel.

We had a wonderful time in Treasure Island staying in this condo. Very family friendly with no crowding what so ever on the beach. Owner was very friendly and quick to respond to all our questions. We can't wait to go back again soon!

Great getaway!

The condo was exactly as advertised and a perfect place for our family to stay. The hosts were responsive and very accommodating. It was one of the best equipped rentals we’ve had and we would stay again in a heartbeat!

Perfect place to stay

This is the perfect place to stay if you want right on the Gulf, love beautiful Sunsets, watch the Dolphins and Manatee..Everything you can imagine is supplied. The Condo is perfectly decorated and the bed is so comfortable..We will be staying again.

I am sooo excited that you got to see the manatees, they are my favorite, since we see dolphin all the time. We have tried to make our condo as comfortable as our home by having everything you could possibly need available. I'm glad you like the decor, I painted all of the artwork myself. Wonderful Vacation Condo with Perfect Location

We had a fantastic time staying at Chafica's condo! We had a flexible check-in and check-out which was very helpful. The condo was perfect for us and had everything that we needed. The location can't be beat and the view was amazing! We are already planning our return trip next year!

Awesome trip!!

The property is great, fully stocked, right on the beach and pool. The hosts are awesome and very responsive! We loved our stay. The condo building itself is a little run down and the elevators are broken half the time but the property itself is awesome.

“Just Beachy” was everything they said it was.

It is right smack dab on the beach! We could always see the Gulf! It was very clean, always quiet, and decorated beautifully. The owners were wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay! If we get the chance, we will definitely go back!

Wonderful Family Vacation

This was our first trip to Sunset Beach and hopefully not our last! The condo was everything we hoped for! Anything we needed was there! The location was amazing. Waking up and looking directly at the ocean was just what we wanted. The owners were wonderful to deal with! Would absolutely stay there again! Thank you for an awesome vacation!

Love that this property is right on the beach. The beach is amazing, so clean and wide, was not crowded at all especially for the 2nd week in July! Lots of seashells which I love! There was a beach sweeper every morning cleaning the sand. Very clean, newly remodeled unit. Unit has everything you need. Also beach towels, canopy for beach, chairs etc. Host is very kind and responds promptly. The condos pool was closed for remodeling and that was disappointing. Also the washing machine on our floor was out of order until the last day of our stay so we had to go to the floor below to use theirs which was being used most of the time. Very annoying!

Family vacation

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 children. We had a wonderful week! The owners were easy to work with and very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I would particularly recommend this condo for families with kids; the location right on the beach is fabulous and the condo is fully stocked with eveytihg you'll need for a week at the beach!

Perfect location. Beautiful view Lovely condo with great furniture. Comfortable beds. All the amenities . Beach chairs , porch furniture Kitchen supplies and welcome chips and drinks. Quiet area but surrounded by beach and restaurants .

Relaxing

This place was great, I wanted to find a spot where I could just veg, read a book, get some sun. This spot hit all the buttons I was looking for. The beach was right outside the building, two outside restaurants close by. Neighbors were cool, loved the pool. The bottle of champagne and beer was a great xtra as well. I would for sure come back.

Fall Break

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. The condo was clean and so well stocked. Even beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. The beach was beautiful , we walked down the beach for drinks and great seafood. David was a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating with our late flight in. The sunsets were breathtaking every single night: we really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect peaceful getaway

From beginning to end the property owner was responsive, informative, and pleasant. The directions and process went exactly as described. The unit was very clean and fully stocked beyond what you could expect. The location was so beautiful it was hard not to enjoy every moment. Thank you!

Beautiful views

Condo was well stocked with everything you need. Beach chairs and umbrella. Condo was very clean and decor was beautiful. The best part is the view from the front door! Absolutely beautiful
