Välkommen till East Street! Vi inbjuder dig att spendera lite tid på vårt underbara stora hem i hjärtat av det historiska distriktet. Vi erbjuder tre fulla våningar av lyxigt boende tillsammans med en veranda, skärmad i veranda och privat tillbaka uteplats-en sådan sällsynt behandling i Downtown Annapolis. Detta hus köptes i augusti 2017, så allt är i perfekt form och helt ny. Vi är en heltidslägenhet, så det finns gott om plats för alla dina personaler - ingen delningslådorutrymme eller garderober med ägare.
Kom och leva som lokalbefolkningen och gå några kvarter till alla platser - vi är mindre än hundra steg från statshuset, tre kvarter från Naval Academy / City Dock och ca 5 minuter från St Marys och Annapolis Yacht Club. Vi kan rymma en bil med en parkeringspass på gatan. Oavsett din anledning för att besöka staden, bjuder vi in att du kommer stanna hos vår heltidsuthyrning och skapa nya minnen!

Perfect location for reunion

This was the perfect location to celebrate our USNA reunion. The bedrooms are such that it worked really well for our kids that came with us, while still giving the other adults their own private space. Super convenient to all things Academy-related and downtown Annapolis. I would absolutely stay here again!

Boat Show stay

Annapolis Fun

We had a great stay in Annapolis and the house is in a perfect location. We walked everywhere and really enjoyed the backyard for eating and sitting out at night. The property was gorgeous and the bedrooms comfortable. It was the perfect spot to enjoy family and the docks and restaurants of Annapolis. Would definitely recommend.

USNA reunion

The property's location was perfect to gather with dear friends for a USNA class reunion. So much better than staying at a hotel - coffee time in the morning, playing cards at night and great opportunities to just connect after so many years! Would highly recommend this place!

Unforgettable Trip to Annapolis

Outstanding, perfect location, must see! This property is exceptional and quaint. We were there with family for a wedding. This property had everything you would need for an awesome stay. The location was absolutely perfect. A beautiful property with unique furnishings that added to the beauty and personality of this place. The beds were amazing and the kitchen had everything you need at your fingertips. I would highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a place to say in Annapolis. Elegant House and Perfect Location!

Perfect location close to Main St, City Dock and the Naval Academy. Loved sitting on the front porch and people watching! Elegant, comfortable home with spacious rooms, a decked out kitchen, and a lovely private courtyard / patio. Came with 2 parking passes also! Will definitely be back!

Wonderful Annapolis experience

This home was the perfect spot for our Annapolis weekend trip. With 3 generations in this house, it provided a great base for us to visit the Naval Academy, walk downtown, and see the Midshipman win an amazing football game! The home was incredibly well stocked, clean, and location was perfect. Could easily walk to all that Annapolis has to offer. Communication with Meghan was great - thank you, and I hope to come stay here again!

Great location, updated, comfy house

We stayed here for 5 nights July 2018. The house is in a GREAT LOCATION, nice comfy beds, spacious, updated, easy kitchen, good TV's, good washer/dryer, great AC, easy to use keys and parking pass. Megan is easy to communicate with, gave me security deposit back same day as we left. Only drawbacks: parking is hard to find in Annapolis, only 2 bathrooms for our 9 people, no master bath, loud barking dogs at 4am for an hour x 2 nights, woke early with sun because no curtains above shutters.

Really great place in a great location

This house was very clean and spacious, and well designed. It looks even better in person than in the photos. We went with our 4 year old, 8 month old and my mom, and there was room for everyone. The area is also super central to everything. My only complaint is that the bedroom on the top floor was freezing at night and doesn’t seem to be connected to the heating system. But we made it work. If you are considering this location I would book!

Perfect!

This house is perfect for a family or friend group visiting Annapolis for a celebration or event. First, it is very convenient to St. John's College, the other college in Annapolis, Main Street, and the harbor. The street is a perfect historic Annapolis street, with convenient access to a wine/commestibles store and the Brown Mustache Coffee Shop for your evening and morning needs. All four bedrooms are comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, so you can enjoy a morning breakfast at home or host an evening happy hour or dinner. The living room is a comfortable place to relax, and the back porch and courtyard are absolutely lovely. There's room for everyone to gather or get away from each other, whichever is more appealing at the time. A wonderful, elegant, well furnished home base in Annapolis!

Perfect USNA reunion house
