This spacious holiday home offers beautiful garden, countryside, and sea views, just a short walk from Saltdean Beach, the Lido, and the South Downs. It's ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, with nearby walks, cycle routes, and easy access to Brighton and Newhaven. Local shops, cafes, and restaurants are just two minutes away. Perfect for families or groups.
Upon entering our spacious holiday home, youâll immediately notice the bright, airy hallway that sets the tone for the perfect blend of character and contemporary style throughout. The space is cozy, inviting, and full of charm.
Ground Floor Bedrooms:
Third Bedroom: A comfortable double bedroom with a wardrobe, located at the front of the house.
Fourth Bedroom: This versatile room can be configured as either a single or king-sized bed, complete with a bureau that doubles as a workspace for those needing an office area.
Downstairs Bathroom: Conveniently situated between the two front bedrooms, this bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.
Open Plan Living and Dining Area: The living room offers a tranquil space to relax, with views of the garden and countryside. It includes comfy seating, a flat-screen TV with smart apps, and a feature fireplace, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploration. The adjacent dining area seats eight comfortably for meals.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen comes fully stocked with modern amenities, ideal for preparing everything from quick snacks to full meals.
Back Garden: Accessible through the back door, the garden features a spacious dining terrace with stunning views.
First Floor Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: A spacious, serene retreat with a double bed, double doors leading to a balcony, and an abundance of natural light with sweeping views.
Second Bedroom: A cozy room with a double bed, perfect for friends or family, and a desk area for work or study.
First Floor Bathroom: The family bathroom on the first floor continues the homeâs charm, with a welcoming and functional design.
Guests have full access to the entire house. The main entrance is reached by a few steps from the pavement to the front door, and the property is set back from the road with a gated pathway leading to the entrance. For convenience, thereâs also access to the garage if youâd like to store bikes.

Heads up: The gardener comes by occasionally to maintain the yard. He only needs access to the backyard and will enter through the side gate, so thereâs no need to worry about anyone coming through the house.

Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am.
A ÂŁ30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleanerâs schedule

RUBBISH AND RECYCLING:
Kitchen bins provided for general waste and mixed recycling. Please transfer waste to the correct outdoor bins (green lid â general, blue lid â recycling, brown lid â garden). Bin collection is on Mondays: general waste weekly; recycling and garden waste alternate weeks (calendar in kitchen). Please put bins out on the path before check-out if it's a collection day.
PASS THE KEYS PROVIDE:
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as hotel style mini eco-friendly shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack; including toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a Convenience Store only couple of minutes walk away
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
