The Space:
Living room / Kitchen & Dining Room -
Spacious living room area with a TV & Roku box, comfortable seating with windows creating a bright space with views of the rolling hills in the Lake District National Park.
Well equipped kitchen with fridge, electric oven, electric hob, kettle, dishwasher & cafetière.
Dining Room Table with seating for 4 guests.
Family Friendly - We have a high chair and travel cot with mattress which is free to use.
Over the bath Shower with quality towels and essential amenities provided.
Twin Bedroom with quality linen, ample hanging space & bedside table. Hairdryer provided.
1st Floor - Bedroom
Bedroom with a super king size bed with quality linen, ample hanging space. Work desk and chair.
*Upon request with enough notice the bed can be turned into two twin beds.*
Utility - There is no washing machine but we have provided a drying rack, iron & ironing board.
The nearest laundrette is "The Laundry Shop" which is a 4min drive from the property.
Internet - Fast tested Wifi available.
Entertainment - TV to log into your own Netflix/Amazon Prime/NOWTV/Apple TV and Disney+ accounts
One allocated parking space in the garage (free). Paid parking on the street (only for certain hours) and nearby paid car park.

The apartment is allocated one parking space for a small/medium sized car below the
building, in the garage.
On-street parking. Free for overnight parking from 18:00-8:00 and then one hour during the day.
Car parking across the road 30mins £0.70, up to 7 days £41.10.
Key box entry into the property, the key code is sent 48hrs before check in.

Kendal railway station is situated on the Lakes Line – the branch Line from Oxenholme to Windermere. It is operated by TransPennine Express and has one platform. Kendal railway station is situated just a short walk to the centre of town.
Oxenholme – The Lake District railway station is Kendal’s closest mainline train station. Forming part of the West Coast Main Line with direct trains to London, Glasgow, Edinburgh and Manchester. Once you’re there, hop on a quick Lakes Line connection to Kendal Station.

BY BUS
Kendal Bus Station is on Blackhall Road, right in the centre of town behind Westmorland Shopping Centre and the bustling high street. Many routes pass through this bus station, and continue into the Lake District too.
