Pear Tree Barn är ett underbart exempel på en traditionell fristående fastighet som har förvandlats på ett smart sätt för att skapa en mysig semesterort för två. Det är ett utmärkt val för par som letar efter den romantiska resan och tillbringar dyrbar tid tillsammans i kvalitetsmiljöer. Boendet är litet men perfekt utformat med noggrant utvalda tillbehör för att skapa en elegant, modern look.
Två minuters bilresa från korsningen 36 av M6, med enkel åtkomst till Lake District och Yorkshire Dales. Den lokala köpstaden Kendal och den populära byn Kirkby Lonsdale ligger bara en kort bilresa bort. Det finns en bybutik i byn Endmoor en halv mil bort.
Fastigheten har egen parkeringsplats och uteplats med uteservering.
Tvärs över körfältet ligger det populära Crooklands Hotel med en härlig restaurang eller barmåltider och lokala öl i det fina.

Highly recommended

We were not disappointed lovely and cosy. Shower was nice and hot, it had all the kitchen amenities to make our stay comfortable. The bed was also comfy. We would highly recommend Pear Tree Barn.

Lovely rental

Clean, comfortable and welcoming. Perfect for couples as a getaway with easy access to the Lakes and Yorkshire Dales. Buttermere in just over and hour and a lovely pub with good food a 2 min walk away.

Had another lovely relaxing weekend at pair tree. Found another pub which is only a 4 minute drive and serves fantastic food. Called the strickland arms.

Idyllic

As others have noted, the actual barn is both small, and definitely no longer a barn!It is beautifully finished, perfect for a couple. Everything needed was available for the chef, the little patio area was delightful, magnolia in flower, lots of bees and birds...We will absolutely fine back. Suits us perfectly.

A fabulous stay in a perfect cottage!

Absolutely loved this cottage! Its small and cozy, just as described! Clean, very modern with everything we needed! The pub is literally next door, great food and lovely country vibe! Would recommend if you are looking for a cozy stay for two! Will definitely book again! Xx

An amazing cosy gem!

Really lovely cosy space with everything you need. Well kept and really clean. Great access to Kendal and surrounding area. Emma the host responded promptly to my questions and was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

Comfortable and cozy cottage

We enjoyed our stay at Pear Tree Barn. The cottage was very well equipped and super clean. Parking very convenient right outside. Would have loved to stay longer next time.

Perfect

The house is small but had everything we needed to make it perfect. The owner has thought of everything to make our stay a home from home and the location was ideal for everywhere we wanted to visit plus there’s a hotel next door that does lovely meals but you have to book in advance because it’s very popular. Really enjoyed our stay.

Weekend near the Lakes

Just spent a wonderful weekend near the Lakes, Pear Tree Barn, Fantastic location for getting around,lovely canal walk, amazing pub 2 mins away from Barn. Pear Tree Barn,wonderful place to stay. You can sit and watch the birds whilst having a glass of Fizz, So much character in the Barn,everything you need for a cosy stay. Thankyou Emma. We will be back
