Imagine an evening glass of wine, sitting on the balcony, with those amazing views and the sun drifting down over St Mawes Castle, the light glistening across St Mawes Bay and yachts at anchor! The beautiful mature and private gardens offer a large outdoor dining area with a balcony, patio and gas BBQ for alfresco dining alongside huge grass lawns with mature flower beds making them a joy to spend time in! It is also an ideal location for those wanting to get out on the water as it is just a 5-minute walk to the St Mawes Sailing Club Quay. St Mawes is ideal for those of you wanting to get in the water for sailing lessons, boat hire, water sports eg paddle boards, kayaks, RIB hire, fishing trips or taking a relaxing ferry ride to one of many local exciting destinations it is all on your doorstep.
