Detta däck, plus ett sovrum veranda ovan, njuta av en utsikt över naturen som sällan upplevs i ett bostadsområde, komplett med en bakgårdström. Den här strömmen är ett välkomnande ljud när du flyter i vila. Du kommer att uppskatta att du är inom två kvarts gångavstånd till Lucky's livsmedelsbutik, Logans kafé, Lucky's Bakery, kinesiska och italienska restauranger, Lucky's Breakfast Cafe och mer, och några minuters bilresa till fler butiker och restauranger i norr. Riverside House har enkel tillgång till stor kollektivtrafik för en snabb resa (10 minuter) till centrala Boulder, den berömda Pearl Street Mall, och bara några minuter längre till University of Colorado. Great location and comfortable property

We enjoyed at our stay at The Riverside House. Great location with a little shopping center to walk to and easy to get to University of Colorado. House was very comfortable for 3 or us to stay in for graduation week!

It’s the little things!

It’s nice to be in a place that has all the little things already there for you. The owner thought of putting the little things you might forget to bring available for you to use. Having only visited Boulder once or twice before, it amazes me that in a residential area there are bunnies everywhere, and a few passing deer even crossing the street! Quiet and relaxing.

Cute, clean and cozy house in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Merrin the host was very responsive to our needs.The extra amenities are beyond the normal house rental and very much appreciated. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in Boulder.

Beautiful Summer Week in Boulder

We had a wonderful stay. The house is in a quiet location in North Boulder and close to great outdoor activities, dining and shopping. The kitchen is well appointed and the host amazing. will come again.

Second time staying in this VRBO while visiting our son at CU Boulder. Quiet neighborhood which is very close to Pearl St Mall and the Hill. House is perfect for 2-4 people. Comfortable, clean, and kitchen well stocked for those who want to cook.

Beautiful neighborhood

This is a quiet treelined neighborhood. Babbling brook in the back that was wonderful to sleep to. Decks front and back. All amenities were thoughtful and appreciated. Short walk to terrific coffee and donuts.

Blissful stay in North Boulder

This cozy hideaway just north of town was well appointed and located in a gorgeous creekside setting with wonderful ambiance inside and out on decks. Local shops/cafes/market/restaurants a short easy walk and magical Wonderland Lake park access was right down the street. Merrin was a very responsive, welcoming host with lots of great recommendations. Will surely be back to this gem!

Perfect North Boulder Neighborhood

Stayed in this lovely home for a week while visiting family. Accommodations were fantastic and Mirren even supplied our favorite coffee. What was most unexpected was it’s location next to a great little shopping center which had a grocery store, baker, liquor store and restaurants all within a 5 minute walk. Access to picture perfect walk/hike in the Boulder foothills is 1 block away. We would definitely stay again.

Quiet, great location

We really enjoyed our stay here. Lots to do! We hiked the Royal Arch trail (approx 10-15 min away) and it was spectacular! Lucky's bakery & market are a few minutes away. The kitchen is well stocked, comfortable beds and a nice deck off the back for outside dining. There's also a nice walking loop around a lake that you can access at the end of the street. There were a few deer wandering around the neighborhood so that was fun to see. Great communication from Merrin the property owner as well!

Secluded spot, comfy spaces, lovely kitchen and convenient location.

Roomy kitchen with lots of pots and pans, beautiful pottery dishes and amazing pantry. Washer and dryer was a big bonus. We used both the front porch for afternoon reading and the back deck for some great cookouts. Was surprised that shampoo and conditioner were not included; may have been an oversight. I would have liked to have a trash can in the north bedroom. Otherwise, it gets 4-stars.

Wonderful, North Boulder Residential Location!

We loved this comfortable, cozy home in a lovely residential area in North Boulder. It is few short blocks from Lucky's Market with great organic foods, an incredible bake shop for breakfast and several very good restaurants. It is also close to Wonderland Lake where we spent some quality time taking in the fresh air and scenery on daily walks. Owner Merrin was great to work with and met us upon arrival to show us around the property, answer any questions that we had, point out her very organized notebook of information containing many brochures of hiking maps, things to do and see, restaurants, etc. We found the beds to be very comfortable and were pleased to find a nicely updated bathroom and well stocked kitchen. This was our first trip to Boulder and will not be our last!!

Awesome vacation home

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was wonderful. The house had everything we needed and more. It is in a quiet neighborhood which we really appreciated. We took advantage of the 5 min walk to the lake, the corner grocery store and coffee/bakery shop. It’s also just a few minutes from Pearl Street Mall. Merrin was wondering to work with. She called us before our trip to make sure we didn’t need anything else before our arrival. She also called after to make sure we enjoyed our stay and to let me know I had forgotten my jacket in one of the closets and that she would be mailing it back to me. This was super sweet of her and something she didn’t have to do. We highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Boulder. You won’t be disappointed!

Great Stay at Riverside House

My husband and I had a great stay at the Riverside House in North Boulder. The online description was spot on and the house and location did not disappoint. The house has a serene, restful ambiance and is well appointed. There were ample towels and linens available and the beds were great. The kitchen was well stocked with herbs and condiments available for use. The kitchen and living area open onto a spacious deck and a beautiful wooded yard adjacent to a babbling stream that can lull you to relaxation or sleep. The Riverside House is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood that is easy walking distance to a market, coffee shop, liquor store and several small restaurants. The house is just minutes away from a trail that encircles beautiful Wonderland Lake and we loved our walks there each morning, ending with a delicious latte from Logans Coffee Shop. Merrin, was a wonderful, welcoming host who was readily available, if needed. We recommend this home and would definitely stay again when visiting North Boulder.

It has seen many years and chapters of my life. My husband and I are anticipating wonderful travels in our Airstream, and want to share The Riverside House with you while we are on our own adventures.

It is in a quiet, residential neighborhood, complete with kind neighbors, and has views of a gorgeous, private park with a gentle stream running through it. The feeling of spaciousness and nature grace this home, inside and out.

Nestled in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, The Riverside House enjoys both a sense of natural spaciousness and a proximity to fabulous conveniences. Your eyes rest on the views of trees, park, and open space as you dine or sit at the kitchen counter. Only a half block to the west, you will walk under a tunnel and emerge with a well-deserved sigh as you take in uninterrupted views of meadow and mountain. The gentle trail embraces Wonderland Lake and you have opportunity to wander beyond (if you want to make a more ambitious hike of your morning stroll). A short, 5-minute walk south finds all the desired conveniences of grocery, coffee shop, bakery house, dry cleaners, breakfast cafe, liquor store, Chinese, Italian, Mexican restaurants, and more. In addition, the Riverside House is only a block and a half from the convenient bus stop that will carry you to the heart of downtown Boulder (and the Pearl Street Mall) in 10 minutes, or north to Lyons if you wish. This is an ideal location on so many levels, and if you never leave the house, you will find yourself surrounded in comfort and convenience as well.
