Lovely, sunny, comfortable and great location

This was the perfect place for my 10 day work trip. The location is fantastic; I really enjoyed walking to coffee shops in the morning and to restaurants in the evening. The bed was extremely comfortable and well-equipped with different pillow options. The kitchen was well-stocked with spices, oils, condiments and cooking utensils. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

Great spot near downtown Boulder

Lovely, cozy, clean unit. It has all the little things that make it feel like a home - travel-sized mouthwashes, plenty of spices, and tupperware. Would definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area

Great location and apartment

Great and comfortable stay at the apartment. Super convenient to walk to town and easy to get out and about. Loved the Sonos music, especially since we already have the app, and all of the thoughtful, homey touches. We would definitely stay again!

College visit

The location is perfect. We walked to morning coffee and dinner every night. The open design of the three levels (living room, bedroom, loft) worked out well and the beds are super comfy. Glad to have the stock of board games too.

Cute oasis.

Comfortable bed, clean, within walking distance to Pearl street’s many shopping and restaurant options. Management responds quickly to questions and getting into the property is an easy process. We would return to this property again.

Expectation exceeded

Perfect location- quick walk to pearl street, close to Whole Foods.. Well stocked w everything I needed in kitchen, laundry facility and a beautiful peaceful spot: rolling water right outside the door -on a warm day to open the door and listen to the water flowing was a treat. Perfectly cozy launch pad

So close to everything Boulder, yet very private & spacious feel inside. The bathroom being downstairs on a cold winter night would not be to everyone’s taste, but, otherwise it was very nice. Hoping to return some day.

CU visit

Loved the location, walkable to many places. And the owner had zero requests for checkout, so the easiest rental I’ve ever had. As previous reviewers have noted, the stairs are not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. Laundry is in a closet on the front porch. Don’t be momentarily perplexed like myself.

Small but perfect!

Right off Pearl St, the condo was very convenient. Small in size but well appointed, including the linens and toiletries. Beds were so comfy!!! Kitchen nicely stocked with basics and the bottle of wine and chocolate bar were a special touch. Will be back. S

True to the title

The place really is an oasis that feels remote and quiet, while just steps from restaurants and cafes. The high ceilings and loft give the compact condo a sense of spaciousness and light. The hosts were responsive to the few questions we had. The only thing I would suggest is that they mark the designated parking spot more clearly. That was a minor snag, but there was plenty of street parking when we arrived.

Amazing host, amazing stay!

Alicen was an incredible communicator and set up the space to be beautiful and welcoming from our first night. We were so happy with the location, cleanliness, and the atmosphere of the apartment. Will definitely be back again soon!

What a lovely stay!

Everything about this stay was perfect. The host was easy to get a hold of when we arrived in the evening (dark) and couldn’t locate the parking spot. The space itself is small, but beautifully designed and the layout makes it a perfect spot for two. She had a ton of amenities if needed and the location was absolutely perfect. It was an easy walk to everything that Pearl Street has to offer and the area was quiet and easy to navigate. It was exactly what we were looking for and we would gladly stay there again.

fantastic place!

Perfect location, super cute and stylish with everything you need! Lovely view out spacious windows. Easy walk to everything, comfortable bed and living area. Stairs are steep so have to be careful if you have to get up in the middle night. Great communication with very personable owners.
