HOUSE 345. Family House on the Beach - Gran Alacant
Enjoy an unforgettable holiday in our cosy holiday home in Gran Alacant. Located in the quiet and family-friendly area of Monte y Mar, this house is the perfect retreat for those looking to relax in the sun. The property is south facing and overlooks the communal swimming pool, located less than 5 metres from the front door and accessible 365 days a year.
Just 1000 metres away is the beautiful natural beach of CarabasĂ and the natural area of Clot de Galvany, perfect for exploring and enjoying nature.
WHAT IS THE HOUSE LIKE?
As you enter, you will find a charming patio equipped with a large table and pergola, ideal for outdoor meals. There is also a cosy porch with a small table and awning, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day.
On the ground floor, you will find a bright living-dining room with comfortable sofas, ceiling fans, Smart TV and storage furniture. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped. On this floor there is also a drying area and a complete bathroom.
Going up to the first floor, you will discover two cosy bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, with the possibility of adding an extra bed or cot, and a private balcony overlooking the pool. The second bedroom offers two single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with fitted wardrobes and remote controlled ceiling fans. In the hallway there is a third built-in wardrobe, a practical work area and another full bathroom.
The house is equipped with water heater, mosquito nets and bars on all doors and windows, ensuring your comfort and security.
AND THE URBANISATION?
Enjoy our house all year round with the advantage of having a communal swimming pool open 365 days a year. This allows you to relax and refresh yourself at any time of the year, whatever the season. The communal areas include a swimming pool for adults and a children's pool, surrounded by lawns and shaded areas, perfect for the whole family to enjoy.
The house is located in a gated urbanisation, which offers parking facilities right in front of the frontage, although there is also space available outside the urbanisation.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- If you are travelling with a baby, we can provide a highchair (on request) and a travel cot, although you will need to bring your own sheets for it.
- We provide (on request) a blue flame gas cooker (equation eco) for the colder months [we do not provide gas bottles].
- Contracted electrical power: 3,3 kW.
In order to comply with the regulations according to DECREE LAW 9/2024, of 2 August, of the Consell, modifying the regulations governing tourist accommodation, if the rental is equal to or more than 11 days, a standard contract will be established at check-in. If you have any related doubt, write to us and we will try to solve it.
