Enjoy your vacation in Gran Alacant in a bright and comfortable home where you can unwind and feel at home. With a private patio and community pool just a few steps away and open all year round. Located in the Monte y Mar area, our south-facing home is ideal for enjoying the sun. Just 1,000 meters away, the natural beaches of Carabassi and Clot de Galvany await you.
Upon entering the house, you will find a charming patio with a large table under a pergola, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals. Next to it, a cozy porch with a small table and awning is perfect for breakfast and starting the day.
On the ground floor, you will find a bright living-dining room with comfortable sofas, ceiling fans, Smart TV, and storage space. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, oven, washing machine, microwave, and small appliances such as a toaster, kettle, juicer, and Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a laundry area and a full bathroom.
On the first floor, there are two cosy bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, with the option of adding an extra bed or cot, and a private balcony overlooking the pool. The second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans. In the hallway, you will find a third wardrobe, a practical work area and another full bathroom.
The house is located in a gated community, with parking facilities in front of the house, although there is also space available outside the community. You can enjoy the communal pool all year round. The common areas include a swimming pool for adults and another for children, surrounded by lawns and shaded areas, ideal for family enjoyment.
During your stay, we will always be available through the platform to answer any questions you may have. In addition, a trusted person will welcome you and be available to help you with anything you need during your stay.
The house has a water heater, mosquito nets, and bars on all doors and windows, ensuring your comfort and safety. For cooler days, we offer an Equation Eco gas heater (Blue Flame), available upon request; please note that we do not supply gas cylinders. If you are traveling with a baby, we can provide a high chair (upon request) and a travel cot or standard cot; the standard cot is only available for stays of 28 days or more and at an additional cost. We also have mattresses and sheets for cots, which must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. The contracted electrical power is 3.3 kW.
