Första våningen 1 sovrum 1 1/2 bad lägenhet. Skärmen veranda är bara några steg från poolen. The condo är rymliga med 10 fot tak och mycket rent och snyggt inredda. Det finns 2 TV med kabel, 1 i vardagsrummet och 1 i sovrummet har lägenheten också höghastighetsinternet .. Kakel hela med matta i sovrummet. Köket har rostfria vitvaror med en matsal utanför köket. Enheten har stapelbar tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Det handlar om en 15 minuters promenad till stranden och ungefär samma till hamnen. Det är en gated condo och ett bra ställe att bo innan du går på den kryssningen, håll även ditt fordon här i denna gated community medan du kryssar och spara på de dyra parkeringsavgifterna. Uber härifrån är inte mer än tio dollar. Vänligen rökning eller husdjur. Tack.

Fantastic!

Couldn't be happier with my stay. For me, it was a move back home to the area and rent while my new home is being built. Upon arrival, absolutely clean, all items within condo that you would need for a long comfortable stay, just bring your suitcases. Literally steps to the pool! Quiet association with extremely well kept grounds, and great friendly neighbors. Gated access to community makes for a secure feeling. Quick five minute drive or a ten minute walk to the beach. Great screened patio to enjoy morning coffee or watch the Peacocks that wander around Cape Canaveral. At times, you can spot a Bald Eagle resting in a tree! Rocket launches, are incredible to view from the patio! Overall, a great place to stay, highly recommended!

Great Stay!

This was a pleasant stay for my husband and I. The property was clean and the location was great for our cruise. The property manager had great communication skills and ensured my stay was comfortable. Thank you and the next time I decide to take a cruise this will be the first place I choose to stay.

Excellent choice!!!!

I have to say that at first we were a little disappointed with the curb appeal. The complex needs more trees & flowers. However, once we were inside the condo, we quickly changed our mind. So tastefully decorated and clean and Joseph is a fantastic owner. So nice and accommodating! We will definitely stay here again.

It was amazing! Went on a cruise and left our car there! The property was just as the pictures showed. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Would definitely stay there again.

Awesome place for Falcon heavy launch

I was staying at Joe's place to watch the launch and landing of the FH STP-2 launch from Jetty Park. It's a close walk and it was awesome. Also close to Kennedy space center. Wonderful place to stay at for space fans

Amazing stay!

This was condo was perfect for us to stay at the night before our cruise leaving from Port Canaveral. It was VERY close to the port! The condo was very clean & had everything we needed to make our stay great! It is close to the pool too! Joseph was easy to reach & answered every question with very quick responses! We loved that we were able to leave our car parked at the condo during our cruise & took a short Uber ride to the port the morning of our cruise. We will definitely stay here agin! Thank you Jospeh for a great place to stay!

Great condo for a short stay before cruising! Would stay again!

The property was very clean and the owner was very accommodating allowing us to check in a bit earlier, as we had an early morning fight into Orlando. The pictures of the condo are very accurate, with high quality finishes and appliances and very comfortable furnishings. It is steps from the beautiful pool. We could easily have stayed here longer as it is gated and safe and close to restaurants, gas, rental car returns, shops and the cruise port. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it! Thanks Joseph for making the start of our vacation worry free and comfortable!!

Clean, Quiet, and Convenient

Large condo complex on a quiet road. Complex is gated, with plenty of parking. The building is right next to the pool, and the back patio overlooks a very pretty and quiet grassy area. We saw fireflies!! The condo is clean, and nicely decorated. Spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen, plus a comfortable bedroom. Joseph stocks the kitchen with all the cookware, dishware, and utensils you may need. Tons of towels provided, which is nice. Would love a king-sized bed, but only because we're chubby and need space, LOL. Will definitely book here again.

April Vacation

We stayed in Joseph’s condo for two nights in April. His condo was very clean, spacious for the two of us. And very close to the on property pool. We would highly recommend this rental and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Thank you so much .

Excellent, quite clean place to stay!

Needed something in Port Canaveral to stay for a night. This gem is close to the port and yet far enough away from the city to be quiet and no congested. Pool, modern appliances, A/C all were great. Thanks!
