Vår Maui hem är beläget i vackra soliga Kihei, Maui, Hawaii. Anläggningen är 15 hektar av grönskande trädgårdar, vattenfall och fontäner. Det ligger tvärs över gatan från Kamaole Beach Park # 3 som har en gräsbevuxen lekplats med skuggande träd och lekplats, vit sandstrand med bra snorkling (sköldpaddor och massor av fisk), boogie boarding och utsikt över öarna Molokini och Kahoolawe (mål ön) och West Maui.

Vår 1 sovrum, 2 badrum lägenhet fullt utrustad med allt du behöver för att göra din vistelse bekväm. En king size-säng och en fäll ut soffan gör rum att sova fyra vuxna med två separata bad för din integritet. Dessa lägenheter har ett fullt utrustat kök som uppdateras med ny kyl, spis och mikrovågsugn, tvättmaskin och torktumlare badrum. Vi har kabel-TV i både vardagsrummet och sovrummet. DVD, video, cd, mp3 och iPod-spelare för din njutning. Ta med din laptop och njuta av gratis höghastighetsinternet.

Vår stora andra våningen Lanai har ett bord och stolar för fyra samt en schäslong. Den stora Lanai (däck) erbjuder en fantastisk panoramautsikt över fontäner, lummiga centrala trädgårdar, vattenfall och Haleakala. Detta är också ett bra ställe att äta frukost och njuta av sång av de många fåglar som kallar Kamaole Sands hem. Det är också ett bra ställe att njuta av den vackra Maui solnedgångar eller bara läsa en bok

Vår lägenhet ligger i byggnad nummer 1. Denna byggnad är en av de bästa platserna i komplexet. Det ligger mellan stranden och poolen. Nära till allt i komplexet och stranden, men tillräckligt långt bort att inte höra trafiken. Den reserverad parkeringsplats är en kort promenad till hissen.

Den Kamaole Sands Resort har röstat "Best Andels på Maui" av resebranschen flera gånger. Denna 15 hektar komplex erbjuder en stor pool (lackeras 2005), barnpool, två bubbel badtunnor, (en är bara vuxen), åtta skuggade grillplatser med bord och gas BBQ: s (Dessa BBQ kan reserveras, BBQ verktyg är lägenhet). Fyra reglering tennisbanor som också kan reserveras. Den har en bemannad 24/7 reception och två aktivitetscenter. Det erbjuder också en fri vecka Mai Tai part vid poolen med levande underhållning.

Karaoke sands Maui

Resort grounds were beautiful and so close to the beach. Condo was pleasant but bathroom fan in main bedroom was very loud and annoying. Overall stay was very nice

Exceeded Our Expectations

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The kitchen was well stocked which we had read about in other reviews. One thing we really liked was the location of the condo within the complex. The fountains were not only nice to look at, they also wiped out the noise from the street. We have stayed at another complex for a number of years but chose this complex because we had our granddaughters with us. We will definitely choose Kamaole Sands for our next trip to Maui.

Kihei the place to stay

The place was great and it suited the needs of our family for our stay here. It is walking distance to the beach (pretty much just across the street) and walking distance or a short drive to many places to eat and shop. We would definitely rent from here again!

Walking, Eating, Shopping and Beach

The grounds are beautiful, pool is great! The unit is dated but comfortable enough. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Washer/Dryer is great.

Karaoke Sands great stay

Great location, we finally made it back to Maui after last year reroute to Kauai as a result of the Lahaina fires. Unit was clean and well stocked. Great amenities and a quick walk to Kam 3 beach and shopping. Pickle ball and the swimming pool was great!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Into was well stocked. Made lots of good use of the beach chairs and umbrella. Grounds a clean and beautiful. Pool, hot tub, Pickleball court and grills all in good working order and we enjoyed all of them immensely. We’ll be back again for sure!!!

Great Stay!

We spent about a week here and had a great stay! The condo was clean and comfortable with a great location right across from the beach! The views are incredible and we could hear the whales from the lanai on the morning! We had everything we needed (kitchen, beach things, etc) to enjoy our vacation!

Beautiful spot!

We had such a lovely stay! The location is fabulous - Right across from one of our favorite beaches on Maui. The condo had everything we needed. It was spacious inside, and we really enjoyed the lanai! The gardens, tennis, pickle ball, and pool were also great. We would highly recommend this place and would stay here again!

Great family Condo complex

We had a great week just before Christmas. The pool with 2 jacuzzis is fantastic. I used the gym every morning.We walked across the road to the beach every day. Overall it's an awesome place for families. We would stay there again

Perfect family condo

Can’t go wrong with this condo! Everything you need for beach fun and a fantastic location in Maui. Right across from Kameole beach park 3. BIG patio with a great inner courtyard/ocean view. We had one small issue with the fridge and William handled the issue promptly. Will be staying here again! Thanks for the great trip!

Relax, Rest and Recharge

We recently spent a wonderful 17 days here to relax and recharge. Our trip was everything we wanted it to be. It suited us perfectly for many reasons: LOCATION: Kamaole Sands is one of the most beautiful and one of the top developments in Kehei; Kamaole III beach is directly across the road with a lengthy sand beach which is a perfect spot to watch the sunsets; 2 blocks away from a weekly artisan market; many shops and restaurants are all available within easy walking distance just a few blocks away yet, this location is not in the middle of the hustle and bustle activity along South Kihei Road farther north. CONDO: Exactly as pictured; We had everything we needed; 4 beach chairs and an umbrella available to use at the condo; kitchen had everything we needed to cook which we did almost every day; lots of towels and bedding linen. Could this condo use some upgrades? Sure. But is it priced to reflect that, and we could not have afforded to stay in a higher priced upgraded unit. This location was perfect for us! The best part is the LANAI: This development has two different sized Lanai and this condo has the largest of the two sizes. (another reason we booked it) We spent a great amount of time out there. Room for a table and four chairs plus a lay down lounger. Because of the depth it is never in full sun during the day, and there was always shade, to relax it. A small view of the ocean is always present to remind you where you are with three fountains in view

Close to beach

I would have rated my experience as 4 stars/good, but the bedding arrangements were inadequate. I expected the unit to have a working sofabed, but upon our arrival the sofabed was broken and un-usable for sleeping. We were forced to put the matress directly on the floor. The condo was was clean and conveniently located in Kihei - very close to the beach. It was nice having a new washer/dryer to do laundry. There were a few boogie boards and beach chairs in the condo which were a great addition to our time at the beach.

Good enough unit, excellent location

Pros:-Kind owners-Unbeatable proximity to the beach-Beautiful grounds-Lots of amenities on grounds like BBQs, pickleball, tennis, pool, good weights/cardio gym-pullout couch was very comfortable -AC worked well-Awesome lanai, mix of sun and shade-Clean unit, everything workedCons-Dated interior in general. Needs updating, especially when seeing inside the other 2 units our group had in this complex during this visit. Chipped walls here and there, some mildew in shower, older kitchen. But it was all 'fine'.-Fan in bedroom still a problem, not secured well enough. I see concerns about this date back over a year.--Next to elevator can be an issue if you are a light sleeper, but we didn't find that too much of an issue.-Charged a resort fee upon arrival that we had not been expecting during the booking. The other 2 units had it included in VRBO pricing.Overall:It was fine. We were safe, it was clean, great location, great complex. Unit itself is....fine, not 'wow'.Thanks for letting us stay in your unit.

Best location

We love the Kamaole Sands Resort. The grounds are beautiful and the walkability to the beach and restaurants is awesome. The communication with the Hernandez' was fantastic. All that being said, I concur with many of the reviews that call out the need for updates to the unit. The new flooring throughout most of the unit is great. The lanai is wonderful. The kitchen and bathrooms are tired. The air conditioning is only in the living room area. We really prefer to not use air conditioning, and we managed without it because Kihei has trade winds most afternoons so you can create a cross wind by having the door open and the lanai open. The bedroom would have been too hot for many people. There is a ceiling fan, but any speed above very low creates a major wobble and feels unsafe to sleep under. This should be addressed right away. Also, the wicker couch isn't that comfortable to sit on for longer periods. Would be great to replace that. But, all in all, we would stay again.

Beautiful Maui

Thank you William for sharing your property which was budget friendly, well located, and embedded in a beautiful complex. We most enjoyed the lanai and the peacefulness of our surroundings. Clean linens, beach towels and chairs/umbrellas were much appreciated. The BBQ pits were clean and high quality. Mahalo

The location, across street from nice beaches. Walking distance to some restaurants and shops. Upkeep of grounds. Well taken care of and workers seem to take pride
