This newly renovated flat has been designed with care and attention to detail, so you feel at home from day one. With capacity for 2 people, itâs ideal for couples or travelers looking for a quiet place to stay for a while.
The accommodation features a double bed and a sofa, where you can relax watching your favorite series or movies on the flat-screen Smart TV after a day of work or sightseeing.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, microwave, cooking utensils, and washing machine, so you can prepare your favorite meals during your stay. The bathroom has a shower and includes basic toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo, and soap, as well as bedding, towels, and a cleaning kit.
The accommodation has air conditioning and heating to ensure your comfort throughout the year.

You can walk to all the places of interest, but you also have several nearby metro stations and buses.
Metro Gran VĂa:Lines 1 and 5. You can reach La Latina in 2 stops on line 5.
Metro Sol:Lines 1, 2, and 3. From here, you can easily reach any point in the city.
To reach the apartment:
From the Airport:You can take a taxi with a fixed fare of âŹ33 or come by metro: Take line 8 from the airport, transfer at Nuevos Ministerios to line 10 to Tribunal station, then switch to line 1 to Gran VĂa station, and walk 2 minutes to the apartment.
From Atocha Station:Take metro line 1 directly to Sol station, then walk a few minutes to the apartment.
From ChamartĂn Station:Take line 10 to Tribunal station, then switch to line 1 to Gran VĂa station, and walk a few minutes to the apartment.
You can also arrive by car and park in one of the nearby parking lots. Please consult the Madrid City Council website for information on possible environmental restrictions and permitted parking.

-Rental cots are available for âŹ30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.
-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.
-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.
