Llain Gwynfor is a holiday house consisting of a kitchen area with electric range and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine chiller, coffee maker, milk frother, a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, a dining area with dining table, a lounge area with wood-burning stove and TV, a snug with TV and electric fire, a cloakroom with basin and WC, and a study. The bedrooms consist of two king-size, one double, and one twin. There is a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture, large shed, and off-road parking for four cars. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub 0.2 miles, shop 1.4 miles, beach 2.7 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, start pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels inc. in rent. Enjoy a splendid retreat at Llain Gwynfor.
