The Space:
Step into a bright Ancoats retreat where city energy meets calm views of the skyline and the distant hills. From your private balcony, watch the morning light spill over the rooftops as trams glide by below. After a day exploring Manchester’s bustling streets, you can unwind in a peaceful living space designed for comfort and quiet connection.

Living and relaxation
The open-plan living area invites you to settle in with a 55" Sky Glass Smart TV offering Sky Cable, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. Draw the blackout curtains when it’s time to rest or enjoy the east-facing balcony for a dose of fresh air. With its soothing palette and natural light, the space feels ideal for both short stays and longer visits.

Kitchen and dining
In the fully equipped kitchen, prepare meals using the stove, oven, and espresso coffee maker. A refrigerator, freezer, and cooking basics make it easy to feel at home, while the six-seater dining table doubles as a comfortable workspace. Nearby, a washer, drying rack, and iron add convenience for extended stays.

Sleeping arrangements
Two bedrooms each feature a king-size bed with blackout blinds and wardrobe storage. The linens and towels are provided for a comfortable stay. A convertible sofa bed in the living room can accommodate additional guests, bringing total occupancy to six. Additional charges may apply based on reservation details.

Two bathrooms provide options for both relaxation and refreshment - one with a walk-in double shower and couples basin, and another with a double-ended bathtub. Complimentary toiletries and essentials are stocked for your arrival, along with a hair dryer and cleaning products.

In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of ÂŁ250 or a ÂŁ40.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.

Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold or damage waiver, are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

This property is located in Manchester’s city centre district of Ancoats. You can be Manchester’s central bar and retail district within a 15-minute walking distance. There is a public car park located across the road from the building - charges may apply. New Islington Metrolink Station is also located across the road - you are only 1 stop away from Piccadilly Station.

Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the 2nd floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours. Amazing Apartment in Manchester

This was the perfect place to end our UK tour and attend a game at the Etihad. The apartment was just as it appears and very well-maintained. By far the most comfortable beds of the many apartments we stayed in on our trip and overall just really nice. Not a ton of dining super close, but a 10-15 minute walk will get you loads of options. Amazing view of the Etihad if you are a Manchester City fan, which is a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again.

What a great apartment! Right next to tram for access round town. Slept on a cloud bed with amazing rain shower, Sky TV and kitchen for the morning bacon sarnie! Highly recommend!Kelsx
