Aerothermal is an ultra-efficient and comfortable system for both heating and cooling the house, but it's important to note that switching from cold mode to heat mode isn't possible at any time, as it's a shared system for the entire building. For approximately 6 months, the system operates only in heat mode, and for another 6 months, it operates in cold mode throughout the building. The changeover date is determined by the community of residents in the property.
