Great views, location and unit. After reading some of the reviews, we went in knowing there wasnt a lot of towels and wash cloth provided (true) so we brought some of our own and that one of the bed room isnt really a bedroom just a section of the living room thats scetioned off, because of that we had an amazing time and wasnt disappointed by anything. Awesome views from the unit very convenient to time square, pier 81 for the harbor lights tours, 9th St. for great restaurants, the subway, the bus stops and tons more. Very Responsive host.

The location and the view were perfect. The apartment was okay but it was only one bedroom with another bed in the dining room. Kitchen utensils and dishes were barely adequate for 4 people. Also only 4 towels for 4 people.

four day vacation in new york city. we prefer the extra room of an apartment over a hotel. our stay here did not disappoint. everything was as listed. we were very satisfied and would like to stay again in the future.

This is our second time staying at this property. The views are amazing and it is in a more quiet area. The building is a great location and the host is quick to respond. Would stay again!

VRBO was cancelled while we were traveling to New York, no communication from the host the week of. Barely apologized. Worst experience of our life , had to scramble to find a hotel that was more expensive and did not have a kitchen so we were not able to buy groceries and had to eat out every night causing even more money spent

Perfect stay for our long weekend in NYC

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this very clean property in NYC. We were a group of 4 on a Broadway weekend trip. Easy walk to subway station and even easier walk if you want to stroll along the Hudson River. The views are fantastic and really added to our weekend to feel right in the middle of it all. Is very clean which is always appreciated. Host answers any inquiries quickly and also suggested options when asked. We ate out for all our meals, but the kitchen is certainly equipped if you wanted to eat in. The only issue to recommend is to make sure you know how to unlock the entry door before the check in is over. I was able to do it, but others in my party did have a difficult time. It was a turn clockwise and then again counter clockwise until the top lock clicks open. Like I said - just takes practice but someone may find this helpful! We will certainly consider staying here again if we return.

Home in the Sky.

This place is one of very few properties that we’ve stayed in that exceeds its pictures and description. It’s amazing, you can see the promise of Central Park, the beckoning lights of Times Square, the beauty of her majesty the Empire State Building and the lofty heights of The Edge, all from the windows of this stunning apartment. The housekeeper is so lovely, and communication in general was fantastic. This is a top drawer accommodation that I wholeheartedly recommend, and would stay again in a heartbeat, if they’ll have us! 😃

My stay

My stay at this property was simply wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The house was impeccably clean and well-equipped with all the amenities I could need. The spaces were spacious and tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the local attractions and necessary services. I really enjoyed the tranquility of the neighborhood, which made my nights very pleasant. Additionally, the views from the property were spectacular, adding a special touch to my experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Would not Recommend!

Rules are absolutely ridiculous! Check-in process is a joke! Was asked to meet the housekeeper at a convenience store to get the keys. Absolutely hard to deal with. Have never had an issue using vrbo but after this experience, will never use vrbo again! Didn’t even stay at this property & no refund because of the “meeting point” not even at the residence to get the key. Worst customer service experience ever!!!

Schlechte Kommunikation

Die Zugangsdaten waren für 3 Tage vor Anreise zugesagt. Auch auf Nachfrage erfolgte keine Reaktion. Dann die bittere Überraschung: In der Nacht vor Anreise kam kurz vor Mitternacht eine Stornierung, weil wohl kein Wasser im Hause zur Verfügung steht. Alles sehr suspekt, insbesondere, da der Mietpreis drei Monate im voraus in voller Höhe zu entrichten war.
