This fabulous, brand new and modern 4 bedroom villa is located in Pernera and is within close walking distance to all the beaches, shops, restaurants and bars in Pernera and within close reach to Protaras Centre. An excellent choice for families and groups who want to be close to all the beaches and amenities.
This stunning villa is set out on two levels. The Open-Plan ground floor features a living, dining and kitchen area with large patio doors that lead out to the fully fenced, private pool area at the front of the villa. The furniture and decor throughout is very contemporary and stylish, and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay.
One of the bedrooms can be found on this floor with a double bed and patio doors that lead to the garden as well as one of the bathrooms with shower and Wc.
Upstairs on the first floor you will find the remaining 3 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom with shower and Wc. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and balcony, and bedroom 3 has two single beds. All bedrooms are complete with fully fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets.
The main family bathroom is also located on this floor with bathtub, overhead shower and Wc.
Outside, the spacious garden area features a large swimming pool and is the perfect place to spend long summer days lazing by the pool basking in the Cyprus sun. The garden extends around the house and is complete with a barbecue, lounge set as well as an outside seating area, ideal for those nights of al fresco dining.
