Lyx 4-sovrum havet villa bara några meter från den vackra sandstranden i Ayia Thekla. Privat pool, grill, solstolar, trädgårdsmöbler. Poolen mäter ca 7 5 meter vid 3,5 meter.

Fullt utrustat kök med granit bänkskivor, spis, spis, mikrovågsugn, kyl / frys, diskmaskin, tvättmaskin, bestick etc. Matplats för 8 personer som är enkelt inrymda

Möblerad till en exceptionellt hög standard. Lounge med L-formad skinnsoffa, soffbord, plasma-TV, Wi-Fi, satellit med engelska och europeiska kanaler.

Helt luftkonditionerade hela.

Sovrum med king size dubbelsäng utrustade, garderober med badrum. Andra sovrummet med king size-dubbelsäng, inbyggda garderober, spegel, tredje sovrummet med två enkelsängar, fullt utrustade garderober, fjärde sovrummet två stora enkelsängar och fullt utrustade garderober, plus badrum. Alla sovrum har tillgång till en balkong utom sovrum på nedre våningen.

Amazing!

Luxurious house with amazing sea view in a quiet location. We recommend you to rent a car but it´s a supermarket and some restaurangs just a few minuts walk from the house. Carol was a nice and helpful host, we highly recommend this house!

Group holiday

A group of 7 adults for 9 days absolutely beautiful. Location and amenities were great. The view is amazing and just what you need to unwind. We would 100% stay here again. The perfect VRBO

This property is stunning. Excess pots & pans, dishes, glasses, cups and the extra details throughout made us feel at home immediately. Communication was prompt and helpful. We have stayed in properties around the world and this was a stand alone 10. Our stay was enjoyable, relaxing and could not have been better. This is what the VRBO concept was meant to be. Great stay in a lovely villa

We had a great time in this wonderful villa. The view from the back of the Mediterranean is amazing. The villa has a/c in all the bedrooms and the main living area. The supermarket is just around the corner and has a nice restaurant next to it. The location is a little remote; we walked or cabbed quite a lot to get anywhere. The new marina nearby is lovely for the spa and restaurants. The pool is quite small, so couldn't really fit all eight of us. And the fixtures and fittings are a little dated. But these are minor points. We had a great time and definitely recommend it!

Family Holiday

My family and I spent two weeks at this villa. I spent months researching villas in a lot of locations to find the perfect one for us and I am a bit picky and like a bit of luxury! I decided to take faith in the reviews from previous holiday makers. I challenge anyone to find reviews as good as this villa for a similar price. I can confirm that all the comments made about this villa are accurate. There are no disappointments and I will be forever grateful to the folk that have left reviews hence me now doing this one. The villa is exceptionally clean, the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. Outside, the space is amazing and the view has to be experienced to be appreciated. I took a video of the view and the noise of the waves to play back to remind me of the beauty of this place. I am so grateful for the memories my family and I now have. Thank you to Carol, the owner and a big thanks to Sylke, the lady who is never far away for help and advice in Cyprus. You both made the holiday so easy. Thank you. x

Beautiful villa in a stunning location

The villa was beautiful, well maintained and looked exactly like the pictures. Communication with the owner before we arrived and with the owner and housekeeper during our stay was excellent. The villa was well equipped with everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Location was stunning with access to the sea right at the bottom of the garden and there was a good supermarket 5 mins walk away. A car is required to get to the best of the sandy beaches (15/ 20 mins drive away) and to make the most of the many excellent restaurants in nearby villages. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay but these were handled quickly and effectively with minimum disruption to our holiday. I cannot speak highly enough about our time at the property and would definitely recommend the property to anyone looking for a luxury seafront villa in a quiet location but within easy reach of all the action.

A wonderful holiday

We had an amazing holiday in Cyprus! The Villa was super clean and well appointed for our family of 7. The views were absolutely spectacular!! We loved spending time outdoors and enjoying the water just steps outside the backdoor! The market was just up the street and offered a great selection of things to prepare meals or just get a snack! Many wonderful memories were made! We are so thankful for our time in Cyprus!

Best holiday ever!!!

We already had expectations based on the pictures on the website, but the reality far exceeded our expectations. We have been to Cyprus for the 8th time now, we have always rented houses, but Carol's house was by far the best and also the one with the most beautiful view. In our opinion, you can't have a nicer holiday than there. We will remember our vacation in this wonderfully beautiful house for a long time. We will be back!!! Wonderful stay

We stayed for 2 weeks as a family of 6 with a young child. The photos do not give this villa justice, it is stunning inside and the outside is even better. Lovely large garden, terrace and pool. The views are amazing. Location near to great shop, restaurant and a great beach bar in east walking distance. The beach on your doorstep and hearing the waves 24/7, couldn’t ask for me. Carol was great to communicate with and answered all queries and if we ever return to Cyprus we will make sure we book this villa and on other place will come close

Lovely quiet location with beautiful views

We had a lovely family holiday at this villa. The location was perfect for us, quiet and relaxed but also within really easy access (walk or drive) to lots of different places. In particular we enjoyed the waterpark, Ayia Napa Marina and Figtree Bay. The local beaches and waterfront is beautiful. You could happily spend your entire holiday relaxing on the sand and exploring the sea. The villa itself is huge and very clean. The outdoor space was fabulous with so many places to sit and relax or play with the children. The pool is lovely also. Carol and her communication was great. We would love to visit again!

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage direkt am Meer mit einem wunderschönen Garten zum Entspannen. Es ist zwar ausserhalb von Agia Napa und daher ist ein Auto notwendig. In der Nähe befindet sich eine schöne Strandbar sowie ein voll ausgestatter Laden. Wir würden dieses Haus wieder buchen.

The villa is lovely, photos don’t do it justice. The location is perfect if you like a quiet area but in walking distance of the new marina, water park, beaches and restaurants. Would definitely recommend it.

The best house we have stayed at

The house is everything that it promised to be. We stayed there with friends and our two kids, and all of us enjoyed it. The house itself is great and as it for once rained, we actually used it too. The view of the ocean was excellent and even better there was a tiny and very private beach extremely close to the house that we used, when we did not visit other places around Ayia Napa, Larnaca and Protaras. Due to the weather we had frequent contacts with Carol, and she was very attentive and helpful. She made sure we had all the information we need before arrival and helped us throughout our stay. We can strongly recommend staying here for your vacation at Cyprus

Amazing villa

Great villa has everything you need for a family holiday. Snorkeling off the beach, take you beach shoes. BBQ at night and swimming in a lovely pool. We did experience building noise from next door, and reported to owner who responded immediately.

Amazing! We didn’t want to leave

We stayed in this villa for a week, we didn’t want to come home, we even messaged the owner to see if anyone was booked in after us so we could extend our stay, unfortunately there was other guests coming so we are already arranging to book for next year. The villa is beautiful, it’s clean and spacious, the views of the sea are beautiful. The pool was cleaned twice during our stay. Everything we needed for the children was provided, stair gates, highchair, travel cot, plastic cups and plates. The location is good, we went out on boat trips and visited the water park by contacting a local taxi company it costs around €15-20 each way. There are a few restaurants nearby that are walkable. A shop a few minutes up the road too which sells everything you need. The owner Carol was amazing from start to finish, very responsive via Vrbo and WhatsApp. It really is a stunning villa and us adults and the children had a amazing stay and can’t wait to return ❤️

We fell in love with Cyprus many years ago whilst on holiday and dreamed of owning a holiday home there one day. Our dream eventually came true when we purchased our fist villa back in 2003, a small 2 bedroomed house with a pool and enjoyed many lovely holidays there. However, we have 2 children and 8 grandchildren and longed for a larger property where we all could enjoy the benefits of holidaying with all the family and started looking for a larger villa. We purchased this villa back in 2007 'off plan' from the same developer as before and have never looked back. We love it and Cyprus is our second home!

Varför värden valde detta boende

We purchased this property because of the location by the sea. To have a beach front villa is a dream we never thought we would ever have or be able to afford. All the waiting and saving was worthwhile, to spend time just looking out to sea with a cool glass of wine in your hand and let the hours drift by is totally relaxing and a feeling you just have to experience. Visitors have told us that they become almost 'mesmerized' by the sea and all they want to do is sit and look out. The beaches nearby are beautiful and not crowded. Far from the packed, heavily commercialised beaches you find in some places, Cyprus has some of the most beautiful and safe beaches we seen, even on our other travels abroad. Ayia Thekla beach is fairly small, but we always feel safe with our young grandchildren as the sea is quite shallow and it's possible to walk out to a small island, making it accessible even to those who don't swim.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

A beachfront property is certainly unique but it's so easily accessible for anyone to enjoy, especially if you decide to share with other families and friends. There's just plenty of space, 2 or 3 small cafe/bars within easy walking distance and a great supermarket that stocks just about anything you want. The pool is big enough for families to enjoy without being too deep that you're worried about the children getting out of their depth and if you want to just relax by the pool with a cocktail, whilst also enjoying a unique view out to sea, then this is just for you.
