LOVE Villas är en tre våningshus med tre två sovrum, två badrum Villas ligger precis vid stranden.
Den första våningen är Turtle Villa, som ligger bara 9 steg ner till stranden och fantastisk utsikt över turkosvattnet.
Andra våningen är Seahorse Villa, som har en spektakulär utsikt över havet där du enkelt kan upptäcka havslivet från din veranda.
Den tredje våningen är Angelfish Villa med fantastisk takvåning utsikt över hela ön från alla rum. Ingen annan egendom på ön kan erbjuda denna uppfattning om det varierande havslivet.
Varje villa har två master sviter med king size-sängar åtskilda av ett stort rum. Gourmet köket har bänkskivor i bänkskivor och vardagsrummet har en vägg av fackbara glasdörrar som öppnar på din privata veranda. Varje rum på villorna har egen separat klimatkontroll. Hope to Visit Love Villas in the Future

VRBO would not let me submit my review without rating all the categories, but I can only truly rate my communication as we did not get to travel to Grand Turk. While planning our trip, Yohamna was prompt and went out of her way to research and answer my questions. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip back in October when our travel partner became ill and unable to travel. Richard and Yohamna could not have been kinder in their response and handling of our cancellation. We hope that we are able to visit the Love Villas at a future date.

True Sabbatical Time

From the graciousness and super responsiveness of our hosts in trip preparation to the stunning deck views of the turquoise water hues to the 24hr music of waves landing on the beach, this was the perfect setting for unwinding the year and calming frayed urban nerves. We loved long walks to various beaches and into town but most loved nesting, bringing home the daily catch to grill, lounging, dunking, snorkling, lounging some more - all off of our front porch. We will be back!

Place to beat in Grand Turks

The only negative was that our stay was too short! Richard and Yohamna were the best hosts. Their place hits the mark and couldn’t have been better honestly. All the amenities, place was spectacular and service were awesome. Walkable to restaurants but having the car to get to our whale watching and diving excursions helped tremendously. We will be back again for sure!

Love from the Carolinas

Thank you so much Richard & Yohamma for a beautiful stay at your fabulous villa. Honestly, this was definitely the most relaxing vacation that we have taken in our 34 years of marriage. Beautiful and Relaxing Stay

These villas truly have every convenience that you can think of! Richard has thought of absolutely everything. There are so many little extras like binoculars and "to go" insulated cups along with the paddle boards and beach chairs/umbrellas that really made it feel so comfortable. Our visit was definitely during a slower season, but we found much to explore and plenty of time to relax so it was just perfect! Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

Words can not describe how amazing Love Villas truly is! Richard has provided absolutely everything you need for a wonderful vacation! Island Paradise

Love Villas is everything we could ask for and more. Situated on a beautiful stretch of beach, panoramic views and stunning sunsets were wonderful. The kitchen is nicely appointed with everything one could need. Beds are very comfortable; ample towels, beach toys, just about everything one could need. The most friendly and laid back island; excellent restaurants, wonderful rum punch. Oh, and the local lobster is plentiful, cheap, and utterly delicious. Richard was so helpful in answering our questions, and his beautiful wife gave us the grand tour of the island and made sure everything was perfect in our villa. The only thing missing in the villa was a guest book in which to record our wonderful memories and experiences for those coming after to enjoy. We highly recommend this place, and hope to be back. It's hard not to fall head over heels in love with Grand Turk and Love Villas!

Absolutely hands down the best place to stay on Grand Turk!

The property is even better than the pictures if that is possible. The sunsets are spectacular from your deck. Richard has ensured everything you need is there. Beach chairs, bikes, paddle boards, floats, even a buoy to tie up to so you can relax without floating away! The beds and furniture are inviting and comfortable. There are stacks of fluffy towels. The kitchen was outfitted with everything you need to make your favorite blended drinks to your gourmet meals. Or take the car that is provided to one of the islands fantastic restaurants. Richard picked us up at the airport and gave a tour of the island showing us all the locals favorite spots. He lives on the island so was so great anytime I had questions or was looking for something unique. His full time job is making sure his guests have the best vacation experience and he is fabulous at it. All the locals were friendly and fun. They treated us like one of the family. I would highly recommend this property and island to anyone. I can’t wait to come back and spend a week or two with all my new friends!

Unbelievable Experience!!!

I can't begin to tell you how awesome it was staying at Angelfish "Love Villas"! If you are wanting to get away from it all and surround yourself with tranquility and luxury, this is the place! The Villa is beautiful with luxurious finishes, top notch appliances, incredibly comfortable beds, and bedding, and an abundance of linens, and other items to satisfy all your needs. I have stayed at many timeshares, as well as vacation rental properties since the mid-90s and I can honestly say, I have never stayed in a unit so immaculate! The beach is just a few steps away and one can be lulled to sleep with the sound of the surf. Richard, the owner, and Joshi the manager of the Villas was so obliging! Richard picked us up at the airport (and returned us) and gave us a quick tour of the area and took the time to review all the features of the unit and property. Where have you stayed where the owner was thoughtful enough to start you off with a loaf of bread, eggs, milk, bottle of wine and two bottles of beer! We were able to get around the island by either walking or taking advantage of the car left at our disposal! Restaurants were in walking distances, as was a grocery store. Joshi was kind enough to bring the umbrellas and beach chairs out and back for us daily. Both he and Richard were so responsive to any question or concern we had. It was so much fun seeing wild donkeys roam the island without a care in the world and that is how we felt at Love Villas!!!

Love Villas - Vacation Perfection

ANGELFISH VILLA!!! Where do I begin? I am not the best writer so I might miss a few punctuations here but Richard our host at Angelfish Villa did not miss a single detail. Richard picked us up at the airport gave us a quick tour of the island he then brought us to our penthouse villa. He answered every call and went above and beyond to help us. This villa is a dream!! First let me start by saying pictures cannot capture the beauty and perfection of this villa. Beautiful panoramic view of the island right from our penthouse balcony. It was almost like we had our own private beach, we were surrounded by beautiful turquoise waters. We ate breakfast on our penthouse balcony every morning and watched the most beautiful sunset every single day while our kids played on the beach right below us. We took long walks on the beach every day and swam in the ocean for hours. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, the rooms are clean and flawlessly furnished with a very comfortable bed. As I said before Richard thought of everything. He answered any questions we had and answered our phone calls every time we called. My five year old son claimed this vacation to be better than Disney!! We cant wait to return to … as my boys call it Mr Richards house very soon. 

Paradise ... Included

It’s not always easy getting to (and around) paradise, but the right property and host can make all the difference. First there’s transportation - airport transfers, island tour, and a car … included. Then there’s recreation - fat tire bicycles, paddle boards, floats … included. One must find a beautiful beach - step outside the villa into the turquoise water. Snorkeling and even swimming with the neighborhood stingrays in front of the villa … included. Luxurious accommodations - top of the line kitchen, high end bedding, perfect air-conditioning … included. All the little things you would rather not pack - laundry detergent, bug spray (wasn’t needed), beach chairs and umbrellas, quality shampoo/conditioner/body wash that you would actually use, coolers and ice packs, garbage bags … included. One must eat - we visited a few local restaurants, but our most memorable meals were the ones we made and enjoyed on the back patio, equipped with high top pub tables and loungers, while watching the sunset. Our ocean-side balcony was our breakfast nook. A particular restaurant that did stand out was the superb Ridge Cafe at the Arches. Love Villas host Richard always responded to emails, texts, and calls immediately and advised us on both local island life and the nitty gritty details like covid testing requirements. It is truly a labor of love for him. He made our vacation what it was supposed to be - stress-free and magical.

WOW!!!

Unbelievable...pictures do not do justice to the supreme condition of Richard's property. We stayed on the 3rd floor, beautiful view, roomy for the 3 of us, and in wonderfully clean, neat, and sanitized condition. We were greeted and once dropped off at the property we had a bottle of wine and fruit waiting for us, along with some staples that were freshly bought...milk, bready, bottled water, and ice cubes already made. On h property were paddle boards (2), noodles, rafts, great lounge chairs and umbrellas, regular beach chairs, and 2 bikes, NOT TO MENTION a car, which came in more than useful for getting grocery's, eating out at restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing. Richard emailed us to make sure all was good and if we needed anything. Everywhere we went, most people knew Richard and in fact, when we told the owner at Bohio where we stayed, he actually drove to the property to let us know of a new excursion and wanted to make sure we knew about it. People were more than polite and helpful and we even made friends with one of the donkey's. The porch/patio had 4 chairs, 2 footrests, and a table, the door panels opened all the way up to allow the fresh ocean breeze to fill the suite we stayed in and brought a beautiful breeze throughout the property. By far, the best property we have ever stayed at from Richards communication throughout from booking to leaving. If you are able to stay here, definitely do, as it is totally astonishing. Thanks to Richard and all of Grand Turk for a wonderful time that was 2nd to none!!!

VERY Special & Memorable Experience!

Where do I begin with sharing how WONDERFUL our experience was?! I traveled with my parents in celebration of their 50th anniversary year; it was beyond memorable. Hosts: Richard and Yohamna are the warmest and most gracious couple! I know why they named their host property, Love Villa. They radiate love for each other, Grand Turk island, and the island’s celebrated people. Our conversations prior to, during, and post-trip reflected top-tier customer service. Love Villa: The attention to detail with the location, design, floor plan, and amenities was absolutely AMAZING! The villa was extremely modern, immaculate, and classy. The panoramic views of the island’s west Caribbean coast were breathtaking. The AngelFish Villa was well stocked with everyday items that made us feel at home. Watching the sea life, feral dogs and donkeys, and cruise ships were quite entertaining. Transportation/Food: Richard was extremely helpful with identifying the airlines and flight times to/from Providenciales and Grand Turk. He extended a warm welcome and departure by providing transportation to/from the airport and the Villa. Having the use of one of their cars was the icing on the cake! I chauffeured my parents around the island, meeting beautiful souls and witnessing their care for visitors. We ventured to paths off the beaten path and saw the fullness of life on Grand Turk. We dined at Ridge Cafe (lunch; wonderful shrimp tacos and great elevation views), Jerica’s (dinner; FABULOUSLY fresh and delectable), Sand Bar (lunch; great ocean view and service), and Osprey Hotel (dinner; nice ocean view and service). It was a trip of a lifetime for my parents and me!

Resort Quality Accommodations, Amazing Views, Incredible Host

We just returned from a week stay in Seahorse Villa (2nd floor). Richard, the owner, has really created something special. The property is located just 25 feet back from the most beautiful clear blue water. The views from the balcony are incredible with whale sightings several days and stingrays swimming by daily. The beach has fine soft sand umbrellas and beach chairs provided. Inside the villa are two spacious master suites, each with there own bathroom. The beds are comfortable and the bedding luxurious. The tiled showers with rainwater shower head was welcome after a day on the beach. The kitchen has high-end appliances and everything needed to prepare anything you would want. There are also two Weber gas grills on the deck if grilling is your preference. The living room area has comfortable furniture and a large TV. There are large TV's in each bedroom and all have Dish Network if you have something you can't miss, you should be in luck. From our first e-mail contact with Richard, through our last day Richard was extremely helpful. His efforts to answer all our questions helped us to decide this was the place for our vacation. He met us at the airport upon arrival and started with a tour of the island. This helped us get comfortable with exploring the island, where to get groceries and with choices on where to eat dinner. If you like fresh fish, don't miss the Fish Market just 4 lots up the beach from the villa. My wife and I are in our 50's and over the last 5 years have vacationed on several Caribbean islands, at both VRBO's and resorts. You can be at a 5-star resort having a great vacation until you need something from the staff or owner. This is often what can make or break your vacation. Love Villas accommodations and location are incredible, but it was Richards attention to detail and his interest in making sure we had a great experience that made this vacation exceptional. Look no further, you will not be disappointed.

Ticket to Paradise

We’ve traveled the Caribbean for over 25 years, many islands, condos, resorts, and cruise ships. LOVE Villas tops our list of best accommodations....ever! A spectacular vacation in the islands should include a beautiful beach and those super clear postcard blue waters... LOVE Villas is that postcard. Friendly island donkeys at your front door, and super sweet island dogs hanging on the beach with you. Miles of quiet beach in both directions right outside LOVE Villas. Spectacular snorkeling at our condo! Quiet restaurants, cafes, and bars a very short beach walk away. Two island grocery stores right around the corner. Mesmerizing sunsets relaxing on your balcony overlooking your postcard view. So, YES, the location is a true paradise. Now the secret formula that truly sets apart LOVE Villas is the thoughtfulness and extra amenities that, Richard, the owner, provides to his guests. These are big ticket items when your goal on vacation is to RELAX. Here we go... a GEM electric vehicle- wow what a super deal for guests! Bikes, paddle boards, umbrellas and chairs! A ride to and from the airport! A book of recommendations, maps, and suggestions for food and activities. And a condo where every aspect has been carefully designed to make your vacation EASY... a washer/dryer... with detergent, soap/shampoo/conditioner, towels galore, spices for cooking, clean drinking water, ice cold air conditioning- though the gentle breezes from the huge balcony sliding doors are wonderful! Comfortable beds, wifi, and a gorgeous spacious kitchen. And last but not least, more than one roll of toilet paper- a treat for those that have rented ‘ordinary ‘ condos. LOL. The list goes on- a fresh fish market right down the beach, hoards of exotic shells and conchs, even an Eagle Ray flying out of the water attempting to catch breakfast one morning. Grand Turk is a beautiful corner of this world, and Richard’s LOVE Villas was truly the Perfect spot to reconnect with nature and family. If you need to recharge, forget about the world for a week, and just simply unwind, then LOVE Villas is your Ticket to Paradise.

The BEST girls trip!

It is hard to put into words exactly what our girls trip to Love Villas meant. All 4 of us are in education and like everyone else, have had a doozy of a year! Getting to spend a week at Love Villas was an incredible way for us to rest and recharge! When you read all of the reviews for this place you may be tempted to think “it sounds too good to be true”, but let me assure you it is not. Richard (the owner) picked us up from the airport in Grand Turk and took us on a tour of the island. He gave us great recommendations on restaurants, showed us where the grocery store was, and let us know the happenings of the island. When we arrived at the Villa, Richard took all of our bags up to the 3rd floor for us and showed us the ins and outs of the property. We were amazed to see he had some groceries already in the Villa waiting for us…milk, eggs, fruit, bottle of wine, a couple bottles of local beer, and a loaf of bread from The Ridge. (You must eat there!). Richard and Yohamna have spared no expense when it comes to furnishings, comfort and details! Top of the line kitchen gadgets, comfortable beds, plush towels, beach accessories, smart tv’s, 2 bikes, and a car to drive while on the island! There is literally nothing that they have not thought of to make each stay an amazing experience. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils, pots, pans, food storage containers, ninja blender, ninja coffee maker with frother, yeti style cups, cuisinart knife set, etc. For the beach they have Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrellas, frontgate pool mats, 6 frontgate chaise lounge chairs, 2 outside grills, 2 paddle boards, Bluetooth speaker, cooler, and snorkel gear. All you have to do is walk outside the building and you are in paradise! We wanted to specifically address our gratefulness for Richard. Being on such a small island Richard knows everyone and everyone knows Richard. We ran into a small scheduling snafu with getting our COVID test done to return to the US, and he was able to make a quick phone call and get it taken care of for us. We mentioned that we wanted to go snorkel at Gibbs Cay and he messaged a friend and got that set up for us. Richard sent us info daily about menus for local restaurants and checked in frequently to make sure we didn’t need anything. Within 5 mins of meeting Richard It is evident how much he enjoys his life on the island, and we have left with that same love for his home! We can’t wait to go back!!!!

Angelfish As Advertised....only better!

Fantastic!From the breathtaking view of the ocean to waking up to the sound of waves each morning, Angelfish was wonderful! Met by our host at the airport, he gives you the lay of the land prior to driving you to the villa. Our questions were answered quickly before and during our stay. At the villa you have everything you need along with some very nice food items (a very nice unexpected surprise) to get you by if you don't want to leave thefirst night! It's a beautiful place and we chose to stay in and grill fresh fish outside on the sun deck many nights.You can walk a long way along the beach, and snorkel from the beach out front on calmer days, just bring water shoes as some areas are a bit rocky. Many local shops and restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive from the villa. Excellent location away from the cruise port.Richard, thank you for the hospitality!

Hospitality Like No Other

My husband and I have stayed a lot of places and Richard and Yohamna have tipped the scales when it comes to their hospitality. I can’t say that we have ever had a host that picked us up and delivered us to our vacation rental with a tour of the town (island), and then provided us with transportation for the length of our stay. (Unheard of) Not to mention a host of other surprises we had once we reached “Love Villas”. The Villas are exactly how they look online, and the view is spectacular. The colors here are outstanding. You cannot beat a room on the beach, with very few people to contend with for a beach spot. You are basically on the beaches of Grand Turk by yourself no matter what beach you are on. Everything was so clean, and the beds were ultra comfortable. I think I slept better there than I have in a long time! I don’t really need to give you any tips here on what to do or where to eat because Richard does that for you when he picks you up. His food recommendations are right on! We had some really wonderful food and drinks. Richard and Yohamna have it all laid out for you so that your vacation is the vacation they would want, and it shows. The island is pretty chill and quiet, so if you are after relaxation and spectacular beach views “Love Villas” are where it is at. This is 100% a no brainer for a vacation destination. We had the best vacation Richard and Yohamna! Thanks again and we hope to see you again soon! The Lindemann's - May 2023

Vacation of a lifetime

If you are looking for a relaxing, off the grid, beach vacation with luxury accommodations, this is the place for you! We had been wanting to come to Turks and Caicos for over a decade, and were finally able to make our dream a reality. Intense searches of multiple locations around TCI, and I kept coming back to Richard and Jo’s LOVE VILLAS. SO GLAD WE CHOSE THIS PLACE! From the moment we booked, to the months leading up to and during the whole stay, Richard was the most amazing host; answered every question, WENT TO THE AIRPORT FOR US TO HELP US CHANGE OUR FLIGHT, rides to and from the airport, gave us a tour of the whole island including restaurant and meal recommendations (with a rating system!), and was just a text or phone call away for all our needs. The property is stunning- the pictures don’t do it justice! What more do you need then to be able to walk out your door, down a few steps and be on your own beautiful beach with the most gorgeous turquoise water? We felt like we had the whole island to ourselves every single day! Every beach we visited, we were almost always alone. And I can’t say enough about the villa itself. The attention paid to every single detail to make sure we had a comfortable week, was above and beyond any expectation we could have had. A bottle of wine, local beers, huge bowl of fresh fruit and a fresh loaf of bread, awaited us upon our arrival. More towels than we even needed for the week, a gorgeous bathroom stocked with soap, shampoo and conditioner; Richard even made sure we had the “good toilet paper” lol. I could have brought the bed home with us; the most comfortable mattress and bedding I’ve ever slept in. We had our own car for the week, which I thoroughly enjoyed driving around town on the left side of the road; bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, rafts, beach coolers… all kept in immaculate condition by the Villa’s own property manager, Joshi. I’m sure I’m missing mentioning a million things that made this property and it’s hosts one of a kind- I could go on and on! Absolutely a dream week, the vacation of a lifetime, and we can’t wait to return! Thank you Richard, Jo and Joshi! Lori and Gary New Cumberland, Pennsylvania USA

Love Villas in Grand Turks provides the most amazing experience and host!!!

Grand Turks is a laid back island with wonderful people in the most beautiful setting…it’s well worth the extra flight from Providenciales to experience it! Some of our favorite things were 1) The food!!! We mostly stayed away from the cruise ship port and enjoyed the local restaurants including The Fisherman’s Wife, SandBar, The Ridge Cafe, Turks Head Inn and Ospreys. Be prepared to relax as things take a bit to prepare, but it’s well worth it! Pro tip- order the homemade bread from the ridge cafe in advance to bring back for future meals…it’s so good! 2) The wildlife - obviously the sea life is amazing to scuba and snorkel, but this island also offers local dogs, cats, donkeys, horses and we even spotted a cow. It made each day an adventure to see and interact with them! 3) The people- whether you pay for a guided excursion or just going on a walk everyone you meet is so friendly and genuine. 4) The view - the water was absolutely amazing and you could experience it from every once of the rental. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while there. Richard provides absolutely everything you could possibly need and makes the stay hassle and stress free! When we were having issues booking a fishing excursion(our fault for not planning ahead) he went above and beyond by helping to line one up. Tim at Emerald Escape GT was great and he offers other excursions beyond fishing. We absolutely recommend staying at this gem and can’t wait to go back!
