Welcome to The Rabbits Warren at Clay Hall Farm, a stunning barn conversion nestled in the idyllic countryside of the North York Moors National Park.. 1 step to entrance.

Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Front garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. This beautifully renovated cottage, ready for summer 2024, offers a serene escape with views over a vast communal lawn and access to 7 acres of woodland and meadows, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts and dog lovers. Located just 6 miles from the coast, The Rabbits Warren provides easy access to the charming seaside towns of Staithes, Whitby, and Runswick Bay, each offering beautiful beaches and coastal charm.
As you step inside The Rabbits Warren, youâre greeted by a modern and welcoming kitchen, open plan with a dining area, perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals. The separate lounge features comfortable seating on two sofas around the TV, providing a cosy spot to unwind after a day of exploration. Upstairs, youâll find a beautifully furnished king bedroom and a double bedroom, along with a modern shower room, ensuring a comfortable and restful stay.
We welcome dogs but insist you donât allow your animals upstairs or in the bedrooms.

Just a 5-minute drive away is Scaling Dam, where you can indulge in windsurfing and paddleboarding, or enjoy hearty meals at a large coaching inn.
