Front garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. This beautifully renovated cottage, ready for summer 2024, offers a serene escape with views over a vast communal lawn and access to 7 acres of woodland and meadows, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts and dog lovers. Located just 6 miles from the coast, The Rabbits Warren provides easy access to the charming seaside towns of Staithes, Whitby, and Runswick Bay, each offering beautiful beaches and coastal charm.

As you step inside The Rabbits Warren, you’re greeted by a modern and welcoming kitchen, open plan with a dining area, perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals. The separate lounge features comfortable seating on two sofas around the TV, providing a cosy spot to unwind after a day of exploration. Upstairs, you’ll find a beautifully furnished king bedroom and a double bedroom, along with a modern shower room, ensuring a comfortable and restful stay.

We welcome dogs but insist you don’t allow your animals upstairs or in the bedrooms.

The Rabbits Warren is perfectly positioned to enjoy the best of North Yorkshire’s countryside and coastline. Just a 5-minute drive away is Scaling Dam, where you can indulge in windsurfing and paddleboarding, or enjoy hearty meals at a large coaching inn. The North York Moors are laced with scenic walking trails, offering endless opportunities for hiking and exploring. For a unique experience, take a ride on the heritage steam train that meanders through the vast, heather-clad moorland to the coastal town of Whitby.
