Front garden with sitting-out ares and garden furniture (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. This newly renovated cottage, available for summer 2024, provides a serene retreat with views over a vast communal lawn and access to 7 acres of woodland and meadows, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts and dog lovers. Located just 6 miles from the coast, The Deers Den is ideally positioned to explore both the countryside and nearby seaside towns. Staithes, Whitby, and Runswick Bay are all within easy reach, offering stunning beaches and quaint coastal charm.
As you step inside The Deers Den, youâre greeted by a welcoming open-plan living area. The well-equipped kitchen and dining table are perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals, while the comfortable seating around the TV offers a cosy spot to relax after a day of exploring.
