A few steps up from the pool area, you'll reach the covered terrace, complete with a dining table, gas BBQ, and lounge area. The terrace offers nice views of the valley and a slight view of the iconic Peñon dâIfach rock in Calpe and sea. The terrace seamlessly connects to the open-plan indoor living area, featuring a dining corner, two sofas, and a Smart TV.
The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, induction cooker, Nespresso coffee machine, and dishwasher, making it easy to prepare delicious meals.
On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, and air conditioning. A hallway bathroom includes a bath/shower combination, toilet, and sink.
