A peaceful two-bedroom property on a quiet street in Kensington, just minutes from local shops and local transport
The flat is on the second floor of a converted building. No lift. Once inside the flat, you will find it a peaceful and calming abode. The front-facing living room is decorated to a gorgeous standard with comfortable high-end furnishing. The Kitchen is adjacent to the living room, equipped with modern appliances. The two bedrooms are quiet and located at the back of the building, both with king beds.
Decoration: Bright, modern
Reception: The living area is very well furnished, and upholstered, with a double sofa, armchairs, side table, and beautiful side chairs, plus various attractive touches; paintings, prints, and ornaments. There is a dining table and chairs for 4 people.
Kitchen: The Kitchen is adjacent to the living room. It's fully equipped with modern appliances; dishwasher, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, cafetiere, toaster, and a microwave.
Bedrooms: Two bedrooms with UK king-size beds (150x200cm). The master bedroom has lots of storage and windows looking out onto a garden. The second bedroom also looks out onto a garden, with a chest of drawers.
Bathrooms: The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and bath, wash basin, loo, and heated towel rail. A digital TV with Freeview channels is built into the wall tiles.
Area: Sinclair Road is well served by the shops on Richmond Way while Shepherd's Bush Westfield shopping center is within easy reach for a more comprehensive range of amenities including a multi-screen cinema. Kensington High Street is fantastic for shopping, which is a walk away, or take one of the many many buses that service the area
