Welcome to Seaside Home, a hidden gem in the charming Villasimius, precisely in the refined Cala Caterina, a place where time seems to slow down to make you savor every moment. This newly renovated villa is just steps from the enchanting Santo Stefano Beach, promising direct access to a dreamy coastal scenery.



The villa, spanning 100 square meters, offers a private entrance that opens up to a world of tranquility and comfort. It features a covered private parking space and a private garden where sun loungers invite you to relax under the Sardinian sun with the sea just a few steps away. The porch and the loggia, both furnished with outdoor furniture, are perfect spots for enjoying meals al fresco and in the evening, admire stunning sunsets that paint the sky, offering a breathtaking panorama.



Spread over two levels, Seaside Home is designed to ensure privacy and comfort. On the raised floor, there is a double bedroom and a triple bedroom. The double bedroom features a queen bed, wardrobe, and private bathroom, while the triple bedroom has two single beds plus a pull-out bed, a wardrobe, and an adjacent bathroom with a shower. These rooms offer serene and cozy spaces, perfect for recharging after a day spent on the nearby beaches. On the ground floor, another double bedroom with a queen bed, wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with a shower provides additional convenience and accessibility.



The interior of the villa is completed by a kitchen equipped with modern appliances, a living area with a sofa and flat-screen TV, and a dining area where you can share delightful moments in good company. With amenities such as air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, and free Wi-Fi, every aspect of your vacation is meticulously taken care of.



Imagine living every day with the sea greeting you in the morning, right in front of your home. A lush green lawn stretches out to some rocks, perfect for a refreshing dip. To the left, just a few steps away, lies a beautiful private beach with coarse sand. To the right, within a very short distance, is the renowned Santo Stefano beach, with the namesake islet seeming to emerge from the turquoise waters. And as if this dreamy scene wasn\'t enough, the nearby Villasimius marina, easily reachable on foot, offers the opportunity to rent boats and dinghies or to enjoy exciting boat excursions.

Our properties are not hotels and do not have a reception desk active 24/7. However, we truly value the opportunity to welcome you in person, as we believe every stay begins with a warm smile and a handshake. For this reason, check-in takes place in person between 4:00pm and 9:00pm.



Knowing your arrival time in advance allows us to organize everything smoothly. Since we manage multiple properties, any delay may cause other Guests to wait. Punctuality is a simple yet meaningful gesture that allows us to offer every Guest a warm and timely welcome.



Please notify our Booking Office of your flight or ferry arrival time at least 72 hours in advance via message or email, so we can schedule an appointment for key handover with a Sardinia Chic team member.



For evening arrivals, a supplement of € 100.00 applies for check-in after 9:00pm . All requests for late check-in must be confirmed by our team.



The Contract

Upon arrival, you will be asked to sign the rental contract, required by law, for short-term tourist stays.



Deposit

The refundable deposit of € 800,00 should be paid by credit card at check-in. It is fully refundable at check-out unless damage is caused to the House.



Local Council Tax

The tourist tax, excluded from the total stay, is applied in accordance with municipal regulations where applicable. Please note that the Municipality of Villasimius requires the payment of a tourist tax to be paid on site. From 1st March to 31st October, € 1,00 (One/00) per person for every night (10 years are excluded). The local council tax has to be settled directly by the Guest to the Property Manager Agency, and must be paid in cash during check-in operations.
