A cozy apartment for a couple with children or a small company of friends.
This lovely apartment has two bedrooms. First bedroom has a queen size bed, another bedroom has a single bed with an extra bed below.
In the living room there is a comfortable sofa, a wardrobe and a TV stand, a dining table for 4 people and a chest of drawers with cutlery and other small things. The room has a lot of light, as it has access to a spacious terrace overlooking the pool.
The kitchen of this apartment is combined with the living room and is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and store food: refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster.
The terrace is spacious enough and there is a table for 4 people, so that on good days you can enjoy the view.
The apartments are located within an urbanization, with only 750 meters away to La Mata beach. On the other hand, in the urbanization there are two large swimming pools (one communal summer and another pool for all year round) surrounded by a green area with natural grass for those who prefer to relax by the pool and sunbathe.
In addition, from the apartments you can quickly access several supermarkets and restaurants, which will be conveniete after a relaxing day.
