Little Buckley is a charming 18C cottage nestled in the historic East Devon village of Sidbury, hosted by Pure Sage Holidays. This beautifully spacious and well-equipped retreat offers flexible accommodation for up to six people. One of the standout features is exclusive access to a privately owned wild field just opposite the cottageâperfect for guests with dogs to run freely or for a peaceful stroll in the stunning Devon countryside. The River Sid runs along the western edge of the field, offering a tranquil spot to relax. Though small, the river is rich in wildlife, and on a lucky day, you might even spot a kingfisher. Please note, use of the field is at guestsâ own risk, and access to the river itself is not included.
The cottage itself is designed for comfort, featuring a wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, parking, an enclosed garden, and a BBQ for summer dining. Situated near the World Heritage Jurassic Coast, guests can explore local attractions, charming villages, and stunning beaches or simply relax in the tranquil private garden.

The three well-appointed bedrooms include two flexi super king/twin beds and one king-size bed, ensuring a restful stay for all guests. The spacious living room is the heart of the home, offering comfortable seating, a reclining sofa, a smart television, and a beautiful inglenook fireplace with a wood-burning stoveâperfect for cosy nights in. A fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and all essentials for home-cooked meals.
For dining, guests can enjoy a dedicated dining room or relax in the charming summer room, which overlooks the pretty and tranquil enclosed garden. The garden itself is a safe haven for children and pets, with two patios offering outdoor seating and a BBQ for al fresco dining on warm evenings.
