Nyligen renoverad till en hög standard denna bottenvåning lägenhet inkluderar parkering och ligger bredvid den vackra Byes Park. Bara en 5-10 minuters promenad till stranden, affärer, restauranger och pubar. Bekvämt dubbelrum; rymlig dusch / våt rum; vardagsrum med välutrustat kök, inklusive halogen spis, full ugn, mikrovågsugn och tvättmaskin. Stor platt-TV och bra WiFi-anslutning. Liten delad utegård med bord och stolar. Ägarna bor i huvudbyggnaden och hjälper gärna till vid behov. Väl uppförda hundar välkomna efter överenskommelse. Bra rullstolsanpassning.

Sidmouth är en charmig Regency-stad med en orörd strandpromenad och många enskilda och intressanta butiker. Det finns en stor sandstrand vid lågvatten och tillgång till sydvästkustvägen - besökaren är bortskämd med val för vackra promenader och fantastisk utsikt över kusten och landskapet. Bra bussförbindelser till Exeter, Lyme Regis och andra närliggande städer. Faciliteterna i Sidmouth inkluderar en pool, en oberoende biograf och en teater.

Holidaying in Sidmouth

Very compact but has everything you might need. The hosts very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend the annex. Good location, next to The Byes and close to shops and beach.

Excellent location for a stay

The annexe that we stayed in was clean, welcoming and friendly. John and his wife are lovely people and always on hand if you need them. This is a brilliant advert for Sidmouth and one where we will no doubt visit again. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one.

Just right

A very comfortable and well equipped property. Its location so near The Byes was ideal for walking the dog and yet the town was within a 10 minute walk. The parking space very helpful! Our hosts were very welcoming and they were very tolerant of our embarrassingly noisy terrier.

The Annexe Sidmouth

This is our third stay here. The accommodation is excellent very clean and located in a good position for the Byes and a short walk to the beach. The parking is an added bonus.

A great stay in Sidmouth

Bright, comfortable, clean and well equipped especially in the kitchen area. The hosts were accommodating for changed circumstances and travel disruption. They were friendly and responded to messages very quickly. Superb location for park, beach, shops and walks.

Small but perfect

We had a very nice short break in Sidmouth. Perfect location for accessing the centre and the esplanade on foot, even the beautiful gardens on the other side of town. No need to use the car at all unless you want to go further afield. Would be very happy to stay at this property again in the future.

Amazing Location

Love the area and the coastal walks, perfect base for a short stay and great hosts. The accommodation is very compact and personally we found that it didn’t offer enough privacy with the hosts and family walking past frequently but this was our first experience of an annex!! and us being fussy rather than it being a problem.

A week exploring the Jurassic coast

Situated just off the Byes park about 1km from the sea front and the town Ctr even closer. Perfect location for exploring this wonderful coast line on foot and cycle although be warned the hills are steep. Avalon annex is a perfect cozy base for a couple with everything one could want to self cater or enjoy the town. The accommodation has a large designated parking space which was most welcome after problems we had experienced in other accommodations whilst we toured Devon. For fine dining Neil’s sea food restaurant is 4 minutes walk and superb but book well in advance. For good pub grub and quality drinks the Volunteer served us well and has a large garden. All said a wonderful week in Sidmouth
