Totally disappointed with this rental having paid so much money for 12 nights, in the hope of it being restful break from a busy full-time job.Initially booked for the size of the balcony, thus allowing me to sunbathe at apt rather than travel up to pool area.I am a regular person who values cleanliness but on arrival it was clear that the apt was very tired in appearance & came across as not having been âinvested inâ for quite a few years. Just to ensure I could at least relax a bit after arriving late Sat, I spent Sun cleaning areas in mainly kitchen & bathroom areas, after taking photos of evidence. I had contacted the âcontactâ for the apt about my concerns about cleanliness & had it offered to be cleaned again, but had already sorted it myself Sunday - so was just trying to make the best holiday of something that I had paid a lot of money for.There are things like stained pillows under the pillowcases, old mattresses, standalone lamps with no bulbs, some ceiling lights having bulbs not working (or as in bathroom, one hanging out of ceiling area), stains on furniture, no cover on electrical outlets behind tv, ceiling fans (no air conditioning) covered in built up dust, 2 stand alone fans - one not working, sunbeds on balcony - padded cushioning obviously just left outside continually as stains on them too.It just felt like the apartment wasnât given the care required, when taking money for it as a business. Sadly only allowed 8 photos allow but have taken more.
