PROPERTY INFORMATION
A spacious and charming apartment (150 sqm) located in a strategic position, close to Rome\'s historic center and the Vatican-San Pietro area. Immerse yourself in this culturally rich environment, adorned with antique furniture and surrounded by ancient books. It\'s the perfect starting point for a delightful stay in the Eternal City with your travel companions. It includes:
- 4 double bedrooms.
- 3 bathrooms with showers.
- 1 living room with a sofa and two armchairs.
- 1 dining room with a table for eight.
- 1 new kitchen with an induction cooktop.
The four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a smart TV, ensure total privacy and a restful night\'s sleep. The classically designed living room is perfect for conversations by the fireplace and relaxing moments of reading. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a fridge and freezer, coffee machine, kettle, dishes and cutlery, and wine glasses. The three bathrooms are equipped with new showers and with courtesy product kits. The second bathroom is en-suite to bedroom No. 2.
NEIGHBOURHOOD INFORMATION
The apartment is located halfway between two of Rome\'s most charming areas: the Trastevere and Borgo neighborhoods, just a short walk from the historic center. This quiet and picturesque area is famous for its cobblestone streets, historic buildings, and proximity to the Janiculum Hill, where you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of Rome. Within a short distance, you will find the Vatican, St. Peter\'s Basilica, and Castel Sant\'Angelo, as well as numerous restaurants, cafes, and boutiques that make the area lively and welcoming.
Getting around the area is simple and convenient. The bus stop is only 200 meters from the apartment, with several bus lines (280, 62, 46, 628) providing easy access to the historic center (Piazza Venezia, Piazza di Spagna. Pantheon). The Vatican City-St. Peter\'s-Castel Sant\'Angelo area is within walking distance, just a few hundred meters away.
