The Main House
Stepping into the main house, youre greeted by an open-plan area that seamlessly integrates the living, dining, and kitchen spaces. The living room is equipped with an 85" Smart TV, a PlayStation 5, a fireplace, a large corner sofa, and cozy armchairs, inviting relaxation and entertainment. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the interior with natural light and provide direct access to the breathtaking pool area, blending indoor and outdoor living perfectly.
The dining table, comfortably seating up to 12 guests, invites lively gatherings and unforgettable meals shared with loved ones. The kitchen, fully equipped with all modern appliances and a wine cooler, makes a self-catered holiday feel effortless and enjoyable. Adjacent to the kitchen, a cozy table with four chairs offers an intimate spot for morning coffee or casual conversations, enhancing the warm, homey atmosphere of this exquisite villa.
To the right of the living room, youll find the master bedroom with a Super King size bed (2.00 x 2.00 m), a walk-in closet, a 43" Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower. This master bedroom also features direct access to the pool area and sea views
Strolling down the hall, you will find an office room, a half bathroom, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and two additional comfortable bedrooms.

Autonomous Studio
The autonomous studio, with its separate entrance, offers complete independence and features two spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a compact kitchenette.
