This detached house is situated in a very quiet urbanization, ideal for enjoying a relaxing vacation. Additionally, it features a communal pool available during the summer season, subject to the rules and regulations of the homeowners' association.
The house boasts a large garden where you can park your car, and on the ground floor, there is a laundry area. On the first floor, you'll find a fully equipped independent kitchen and a living-dining room with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable space to relax.
