Beyond this peaceful retreat, you can explore Launceston, an ancient market town with various amenities, shops, and an 11th-century castle perched on a hill. Discover the enchanting Bodmin Moor with its striking tors and mystical stone structures, or visit Jamaica Inn, a once famous smugglers’ haunt, then head west to the dramatic north coast. Just a 30-minute drive away, you’ll find the picturesque village of Boscastle.
