The wonderful property, recently built, consists of two bodies which together measure approximately 550 m2 and are spread over three levels.
Inside the completely home-automated villa equipped with the most advanced video surveillance and security systems, furnished in an extraordinary way with top quality materials from the most prestigious brands in the sector, we find two large and bright living rooms, two equipped kitchens and the quiet sleeping area with three bedrooms and five bathrooms.
In the beautiful private garden there is also a splendid annex which measures approximately 200 m2 and, thanks to an elegant rendering project, will be able to accommodate five bedrooms with as many bathrooms.
To complete the luxury property, a professionally lit Golf Putting Green and a wonderful wellness area consisting of Hammam, sauna, gym and Jacuzzi.
