The apartment comprises of:

- Kitchen, equipped with a double sofa bed, a dining table for 3/4 guests, fridge/freezer, hobs, microwave and TV;

bedroom: located on the upper floor with access from a spiral staircase, is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, two bedside tables and a small desk;

- Bathroom: located on the same floor of the kitchen, is windowed and equipped with sink, toilet and shower (NO BIDET).

Services included: WIFI, air conditioning and central heating.



The apartment has a self check-in system with a key box located outside the house, so you will be able to access the property with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of your arrival.



IMPORTANT: To receive this code and instructions to access the property you will have to complete the check-in online form providing your data and IDs and pay the Tourist Tax.
