Detta "land eleganta" stil hem har nymålade och mattor, och inkluderar en ny genomskinlig vedspis (ved tillhandahålls), mysiga möbler, TV, DVD / VCR, stereo / CD-spelare, telefon med telefonsvarare, plysch sängkläder, och fullt fungerande kök (kylskåp med innerdörr is / vatten dispenser, brödrost, ugn, mikrovågsugn, mixer, mixer, kaffebryggare och diskmaskin) inklusive köksredskap, porslin och bestick, tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Vi har just installerat ett nytt vattenbalsam för hela huset för rent mousserande vatten ur vår egen brunn.

6 sovplatser bekvämt, det finns tre sovrum, ett med en king size-säng, ett med en queen-size säng och ett med två sängar. En spjälsäng finns för dem som reser med spädbarn. Perfect location

I did not stay at the property, our crew stay at the house while working in Mt. Shasta. Was located close to the project. They didn't have any complaints about the house, it had everything they needed. It was clean, comfortable and had beautiful view. We will rent again if we are in the area. The only thing they mentioned was the morning train.

dog friendly home in Shasta

The house was very comfortable and cool indoors, despite it being in the high 80s during our stay. The property manager, Karla, was very responsive with communication which was appreciated (owners, too). We had fun looking at all their bass and calla lily decor :) Great location--only a few exits away from downtown and headwaters. Kitchen had basic needs, and bedrooms were comfortable. Check in/check out process was easy. Will be coming back!

Great house for a group retreat!

I rented this house for sleeping quarters for the group I brought to Mt. Shasta for a spiritual retreat. Everyone LOVED the house... along with the deer that would come to visit daily!

We have stayed here numerous times over the last several years. The house is always well stocked and maintained. Furnishings clean, comfortable with high quality kitchen tools, making cooking easy. Great location, with easy access to recreation areas yet close enough to town

Stop in Mt. Shasta

Our stay was short but sweet! The house is nicely appointed and has all the comforts of home. It is centrally located and in a nice neighborhood. Lela is very responsive and always available to answer our questions. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

House of deer

Thanksgiving at House of Bass and Lilies

This house is great! We cook on our VRBO vacations and this house has a kitchen stocked for a chef! Thanksgiving dinner requires a lot of pots and pans and this house has it all! The living room is comfortable with Roku and dvd options! The bed is super comfortable, the showers hot, and deer walking by the windows quite an entertainment! I recommend a visit here! And Karla the manager is superb!

Girls get away

Celebrated my oldest daughters 60th birthday. House was perfect for us four girls to giggle, laugh, and create wonderful memories. House was so homey and comfortable. Will go back there!!

Comfortable

The place was as described. The owner was very easy to communicate with, answered promptly and had many specific notes and directions throughout the home. Beds were comfortable, showers had great water pressure otherr than that we were at a class from 8am to 9pm so we weren't at the home more than sleeping and showers. It was wonderful!

Fantastic house

House was fantastic! Very clean, well supplied. Quiet and peaceful. Would have liked a little step stool to reach the wine glasses, but my 6ft husband filled in. Lol Thankyou so much for sharing your home. The deer visited us twice a day. It was wonderful.

Lovely cabin

I just want to say, I had a lovely stay. I loved all the details in the cabin, the decorations were my favorite. My family members were very comfortable. the cabin was cozy and homey, it has all the amenities you need. Also the places that we went to were only 30min drive either way we went which is very convenient. The gas station and food places were also close by but at the same time the cabin was secluded and away from the main road which I really appreciated it, didn't have to worry about the sounds of people driving by. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this cabin to my friends.

Beautiful house, kitchen had everything needed. Small yard.

Felt at home, the kitchen is well equipped & everything is where you'd expect. House beautifully decorated. The master bed was wonderful, the other 2 bedroom mattresses were "very firm" and almost uncomfortable. Beautiful property but should hire a person to blow the yard of debris and wipe down the patio table/chairs. The Deer visit am/pm to graze on manzanita bushes & blue belly lizards come out to catch the sun.

Great place as described

Worked out great for two couples and a single and a dog. We spent hours getting kicks out of the bass and lilly themed decor. The location worked out great, not too far from town. Most everything you need was included. Minor details, but the electric stove seems slow, an electric kettle would be a nice upgrade. Thorough communication, but I think it was an oversight that the address was actually hard to find in email amongst all the other communication.

Great ski weekend!

My 20-year old and her boyfriend and my 16-year old and his friend all came up to Shasta for a President’s Day 3-day ski weekend. The house was surrounded by trees and felt very secluded and quiet. The set up was perfect as I took the master, the older kids took the bedroom with the queen, and my youngest and his friend took the bedroom with two twin beds. The kitchen had all the amenities you could think of (even an immersion blender for soupmaking one night!) and flows very easily. We loved the comfortable furniture and the wood stove to relax after skiing. The host was VERY responsive to questions, and would text back right away. Because we came in so late on Friday night, the long incline driveway had iced over and we were not able to go all the way up to the house, so we parked halfway up and walked our things up to the hiuse (it was 1 am, and although I am confident I could have made it if I had chained up I didn’t want to do it at such a late time). I mentioned it the next day, and the owner was ready to come out and salt the driveway! Luckily, once it warmed up the ice melted and we had no more problems! Straight shot to get on I5 to get to the town or the slopes. Was a great weekend of great memories!

Very Spacious and Comfortable! Great value for the price...

This house was very comfortable to stay in. Lots of room and comfy furniture. The kitchen is well stocked and has all that you would need or want to make your own meals. The beds were comfortable and each bedroom has a ceiling fan. (Ours did not work, but the others did.) The owner has provided lots of helpful information and brochures to navigate the area and find things to do. The only downside I would say is that the check out time was pretty early (10:00) and the to-do list before checking out was a little long, seeing how you have to pay a hefty cleaning fee. Other than that, we greatly enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay there again! We loved it!

Good location and price but not clean

This property was priced well and in a convenient location in a semi-rural neighborhood. However, the house was not clean. The shower stall was moldy and may need to be re-grouted, the second bathroom toilet had not been flushed and it had been a while, and all in all a deep cleaning was in order. I understand the place is on septic, but you can still use strong cleaners without worry at least once in a while to get the stains and grime out.

Well equipped, well furnished and abundant supplied.

Attractive and comfortable. Everything in great shape with a single exception. It was day five that we needed the oven, but could not make it work. An error message called for service. We called the property manager, but never received a return call.

Excelent SKI vacation

We decided to go out of our usual way to Lake Tahoe to try SKI vacation at Mt. Shasta. We were very happy and decided to come again. We did 4 – 5 days of SKI at Mt Shasta Ski Park and one day on snow mobiles. All are much more accessible and cheaper in Mt. Shasta then in Lake Tahoe. House is short 25 min drive to ski park and 40 min to snowmobiles. House of Bass and Lilies was clean and welcome. Everything worked as expected. I received a very detailed instruction about the house and how the owner wants it kept. I was concern little bit from the intimidating messages on issue that might cause to lose my deposit. But otherwise it was great vacation. House was very pleasant.

Family Time

A couple of things that folks need to understand regarding renting this house. 1.There is no air conditioner except in the living room and kitchen so if you are in the bedrooms you won't feel it especially when everyone wants their privacy. 2. You are charged per person if you have more than 2 making this rental per night more than what it says. 3. Also not sure why anyone is charged a cleaning fee if the renters have to do so much. 4. I loved the location and especially the deer that come an visit. We won't rent this one again because of the air conditioner. It may be a good one in the winter if you go there at that time

We live in a major metropolitan area with busy work interacting with the public that never seems to stop. It was during our first anniversary that we visited Mount Shasta for the first time. We made an offer on a home before we left! We wanted to have a getaway that was peaceful but still full of the activities we enjoyed. Rather than renting a place each time we visited, we decided to have a home in Mount Shasta be our personal second home.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We tried to experience as much as we could during our first visit: playing golf at Mount Shasta Resort, hiking around Siskiyou Lake, eating at many of the local restaurants (that are all so good that we can't decide which one is our favorite), having an afternoon break at the local pub (The Goat Tavern), riding bicycles, fishing several of the local streams, lakes and rivers and doing a little shopping in quaint downtown Mount Shasta. We just missed ski season but knew that Mount Shasta Ski Park would be there for future winters.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

It's so easy to get there by flying into Medford OR or Redding CA, both being a little more than an hour from our home, or driving up straight off I-5. We visit as often as we can, but not often enough. Since it's we're not able to us it as often as we'd like, we thought it was too beautiful to keep to ourselves so we thought it should be a vacation rental for others seeking a home away from home, to enjoy the scenery, tranquility and serenity of the Mountain.
